There is nothing likable.

Cons:

There was no staff to handle customers, I arrived at 6 and had to wait till 9:40 and then gave up, the property is simple not handled actively, the phone number is not reachable, now one answers the desk, the electronics are also left unmonitored (while I visited, I saw a motor pump a tank and overflow for hours after filling it before someone came to do something).

And customers previously in the building always complained about harassment by the security guard/ receptionist for additional money, there were many people beside me waiting even longer than me at the reception.
