Staff were friendly
I was very disgusted with the noise from other guests who were next to us slamming doors kids running up and down the hallway screaming we stayed there 2 nights and both nights the noise was not very pleasant didn’t stop till around 11 at night very dissapointing

Cleanliness and facilities in room
The location was good and it was close to town. The main lobby was beautiful but that was just about as far as it went.
We booked a superior twin room. The room was foul. It was filthy. There was crumbs/tabacco in the bedside drawer, mould in the bathroom, curtains didnt even fit the window. We were moved to another room, seemed better at a first glance but it most definitely wasn't! The second room was just as dirty. Mould, dirty tabletop, floors and walls. There was a hole in the power outlet. We were eventually moved to a new room a deluxe twin, which was clean and couldnt fault. Definitely check the rooms before you book and pay!!
