It could have been lovely with a well chosen room. We booked for 2 nights which was going to be a well earned treat in t

It is a good location near the CBD with good parking. Nice to be able to add breakfast or meals

Cons:

Whilst we had a large spacious room with a kitchen. The kitchen only came with 2 cups, 3 glasses and 2 tsps. Otherwise an entire kitchen with not even a plate to use. No tea towel or dish liquid to wash our cups.
We had a spa bath but the jets did not go.
The room was cold and it took some time to work out that the heat pump remotes were in the wrong rooms.

Everything was good clean staff were friendly the only downfall there were no plates or a microwave to heat food in but overall very good and very nice

Disappointing
Pros:

Very noisy and unclean. For the price paid, would not recommend.

Cons:

Very unclean and rooms were shabby with sparse and out dated decor. Very noisy and room service leaves your dirty dishes outside all night when they said they’d collect them. Tiles in corridor were chipped. Overall very run down and depressing.

The room was clean and well presented

Cons:

The aircon in the bathroom was really loud and went all night. No way to turn it off. Had a terrible sleep.. The door inti the bathroom didn't shut properly and made a loud noise every time we used it.

Was good, abit loud from people upstairs which kept kids awake. Not as clean as last time.

Good location quick room service stayed a few times

Cons:

This time was a little bit dirtier than normal, very loud from rooms above. I think a little over priced.
