Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Price of it not really worth for bugs infection.
Pros:

Room size is comfort 3 rooms arranged on same floor by staff which is easy access for family checks.

Cons:

Floor of room is sticky, bed was infested with bugs and far from main lobby

Not going back.
Pros:

It was just walking distance to the theme parks

Cons:

The floor was dirty when we came in the room, the phone was not working, the toilet smells bad.
Consider installing a quiet fan especially for the floors near the road. As much as I want to open the windows, the noise and air pollution from the vehicles goes into the room making it difficult to sleep.
And since there is no A/C, the room temperature and noise from the fan is unbearable for kids.
And the buffet breakfast need to walk so far!

Pros:

Good location and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room facing the main road is noisy.
The housekeeping staff left the toilet roll and tissue paper for us to change ourselves.
The shower and hair shampoo were not refilled and we had to ask for it.

Pros:

Very close to SkyWorld Theme park. Very close to SkyWorld Avenue shopping. Very close to SkyWorld's attraction.

Cons:

The room is very, very dusty despite daily cleaning. So I assume the staff only fold the blanket, and flush the toilet during their cleaning routine.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

Convenient, next to the outdoor theme park and sheltered to the skyavenue. The room is big and able to accommodate bigger family all in 1 room.

Cons:

Waiting time for check in is long. Check in time supposed to be 3pm but room is only ready at 5pm.

Overall it was ok.
Pros:

The facility is nice and at the good location. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The room structure was a little different with two beds inside. After beds, the size of the room became so small. It was difficult to walk inside and do other things. Suggesting to restructure the room inside and have basic amenities inside i.e. cub board, etc,

The room is very spacious and has a good view

Cons:

The room is alittle dusty and I think the sheets were not changed as there are some smell residue.

The quad room which is the cheapest room is at the valley wing which are far from the main building
