Room with cockroaches and no ventilation, careless staff
Pros:

There was nothing good with this hotel

Cons:

The room felt like a cage or jail because it had no window and no ventilation at all. It was really suffocating. The room had lots of small and big cockroaches. They did not provide any towel. The person at the reception was helpless when I reported this issue to him . He was more busy with his phone

Bad service
Pros:

Location is good. Price is okay

Cons:

We booked for an ac room and staff told us all AC rooms are full so non AC option is the only one. And the price will not change and we had to stay there in non ac for the same booking of an ac room. Washroom was bad, leaking and all. Not satisfied at all
