Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Specifically the housekeeping staff, the staff at the breakfast buffet and Aya at the front desk.

Cons:

Prices for some food and drinks were unreasonably expensive.
The hotel does not serve alcohol, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cairo El Borg. The breakfast was a real highlight: a great variety of options, delicious food, and plenty of staff always on hand to help and keep everything running smoothly.
The reception team was excellent — they assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay, always friendly and responsive.
One of the best things about the location is that just outside the hotel there is a safe area where you can walk comfortably along the Nile. It was lovely to take an evening stroll by the river.
The hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness and the genuine willingness of the staff to help. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil à l'hôtel, le personnel est au petit soin, que ce soit à la réception, l'entretien des chambres, et même au petit déjeuner
Situation géographique parfaite pour le tourisme : traverser la rue pour accéder à la promenade du Nil, au carrefour, jardins et cafétérias, à 100 m une bouche de métro

Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina e la colazione

Cons:

Per la seconda volta a distanza di tre anni, nonostante la prenotazione di una camera per quattro persone, abbiamo trovato la camera preparata per due. Quindi è dovuto intervenire l'housekeeper per allestire letti e consegnare ciabatte e spazzolini anche per le ragazze.
Si è ripresentata in sostanza la medesima situazione. Consiglierei una comunicazione più efficace tra reception e staff che si occupa delle camere.
