Best location if you are looking to stay near MG/Brigade Road.....

The staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Food can be improved. The tea that was ordered for room service got spoiled within half an hour. I called the room service. The person on the other end just said ok we will send another batch.
Instead better check before service will help

The window could not be closed and they had to send a person who fixed the window. So the follow up of the complaint was good. But they should check the room before allotting to the guest
