Speciale ospitalità,cura, accoglienza e professionalità di tutto lo staff .Gabri e la sua famiglia sono eccezionali nel gestire e curare l'ospite,sempre pronti e disponibili ad esaudire le varie richieste e informazioni, una vera famiglia egiziana originale. Una nota di merito anche alla serietà e professionalità di Hussien. consiglio di prenotare direttamente da loro le varie escursioni e visite, gestite da Ahmed con massima professionalità e cura personale, verso i clienti. La ciliegina sulla torta è la posizione e la vista delle piramidi, direttamente dalla terrazza del hotel. Incantevole e spettacolare.

Pros:

The manager was very gracious and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He was very accommodating and made us feel safe. The best part of the hotel was the terrace, where you had amazing views of two of the pyramids. Bonus: The breakfast was very good!

Cons:

The rooms were simple, but could still use some upgrades for the price we paid.

スタッフの方が優しく対応してくれてました。

当日の夜GObusでフルガダに行く予定で、ピラミッド観光後にシャワーを浴びたりゆっくり休みたかったので10時間だけの滞在でした。

バルコニーからすぐ近くにクフ王とカフラー王のピラミッドが見えます。コーヒーを飲みながら夕暮れのピラミッドを見れてとてもリラックスできました。

場所が非常にわかりにくいので、迷っていたところHussienさんがわざわざ迎えに来てくれました。

また、ピラミッドのチケット売り場も送迎も暑い中、一緒に歩いてくれました。

Cons:

水回りがあまりよくないですが、スタッフに言えばすぐに直してくれました。

Uberならホテルまで到着出来ますが、歩きではかなり難しいです。

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Waking up to a clear view of the Pyramids was an amazing experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff members were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooftop view was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The hotel also had a good location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and I had a great time staying here.

Good value and great location for visiting the pyramids
Pros:

The breakfast was continental style (with little extra, eg omelette/falafel) served on the roof terrace. The location is difficult to find first time (in a maze of back streets) but is a 15-minute walk from the pyramids/sphinx complex and restaurants. The manager Adel was extremely helpful, eg walking us to the main street first time. The room (#1) was large with 3 beds (we only needed 2) and the ensuite was functional. It was great value for money.

Cons:

The accommodation did not match the description in booking.com but we were happy with it.

Good value. Good location for visiting pyramids. Excellent host.
Pros:

The host/manager was extremely helpful. The room (#1) was a very good size with 3 large single beds and a good ensuite. Breakfast was continental style - perfectly adequate. The location is good BUT it's hard to find. It's a 15 minute walk to the southern entrance to the pyramids and restaurants. OK when you've walked it once through a maze of back streets if you've a good memory. We found it very safe area despite its appearance.

Cons:

No complaints. Good value. One of the single beds (which we didn't need) was rock hard.

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch und vor allem der Besitzer war unfassbar freundlich. Er hat uns sogar zu unserem Uber begleitet! Auch das Essen war gut!

・スタッフのみなさん、親切でした
・お部屋が静か
・周辺が整備されすぎていなくて、エジプト人の日常生活の様子が見えた
