The hotel is very welcoming and clean; the hosts are extremely kind, Hussein is fantastic and also the hotel driver boy, they picked us up from the airport and assisted us throughout the entire trip, organizing and accompanying us on the visit to the pyramids with a private guide and taking us on a tour of Cairo after dinner. The breakfast is excellent, with a view on the pyramids and they truly know how to welcome guests and help manage your vacation.

We had a really nice stay. The view of the pyramids was amazing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was great, and overall we had a good experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

La ubicacion
La habitación que se me dió no tenía nada que ver con la habitación que reserve.
Tenía que cambiar y pagar tres veces más para otra habitación, no sé disculparon solo bajaron un poco según ellos, siento que lo hicieron para vender su habitación más cara, al final por lo que pague estaba bien, desayuno muy simple, no había internet, dicen que por las contrucciones

Terrible. Desde el momento de la llegada hasta el check out tuvimos al dueño siendo muy insistente con vendernos desde tours hasta servicio de choferes, al punto de ir dos o tres veces por día a tocarnos la puerta del cuarto. El cuarto no es agradable, las paredes son ultra finas que podes escuchar todo lo que sucede en el edificio. Para poder dormir el propio dueño te explica como desenchufar el frigobar por lo ruidoso que es y el inodoro es incluso más ruidoso cada vez que se tira la cisterna, la temperatura del agua de la ducha es imposible de regular, pasa de fría a caliente sin estar tocando el monocomando. Ni hablar de que no cuenta con cortina de baño por lo que cada ducha implica que el baño quede inundado. Aparte de todo esto, las ventanas no existen ya que las cortinas esconden vidrios negros y para poder tener luz solar hay que abrir la ventana lo que implica que entre el calor y el polvo.
El desayuno no es bueno, de todos los que tuvimos en diferentes hoteles en Giza es el de peor calidad.
Si pedís servicio de lavandería te hace darle la ropa en una bolsa, la cual vacía sobre una mesa y se pone él a tocar una por una tu ropa interior sucia para contarlas, desagradable momento, incluso más siendo mujer.
Estuvimos 5 noches, cada día, cuando nos veía salir, hacía comentarios a mi compañero que me “cuidara” de los hombres… (haciendo alusión a mi vestimenta occidental), lo cual era bastante incómodo para ambos, me sentía más juzgada y observada por él que caminando por la calle, incluso llegó a hacerle un comentario de “espero que lleves un arma en el bolsillo con una mujer así” en una de las ocasiones.
Si contraras Uber o a un conductor sin que sea a través de él te persigue hasta la puerta del taxi en una actitud muy acosadora agresiva hacia el chofer, preguntando a donde vas…
Nuestro vuelo era a las 6pm y preferimos quedarnos en un McDonald’s haciendo tiempo desde el check out a las 11am que seguir pasando tiempo ahí.

Speciale ospitalità,cura, accoglienza e professionalità di tutto lo staff .Gabri e la sua famiglia sono eccezionali nel gestire e curare l'ospite,sempre pronti e disponibili ad esaudire le varie richieste e informazioni, una vera famiglia egiziana originale. Una nota di merito anche alla serietà e professionalità di Hussien. consiglio di prenotare direttamente da loro le varie escursioni e visite, gestite da Ahmed con massima professionalità e cura personale, verso i clienti. La ciliegina sulla torta è la posizione e la vista delle piramidi, direttamente dalla terrazza del hotel. Incantevole e spettacolare.

The manager was very gracious and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He was very accommodating and made us feel safe. The best part of the hotel was the terrace, where you had amazing views of two of the pyramids. Bonus: The breakfast was very good!
The rooms were simple, but could still use some upgrades for the price we paid.

当日の夜GObusでフルガダに行く予定で、ピラミッド観光後にシャワーを浴びたりゆっくり休みたかったので10時間だけの滞在でした。
バルコニーからすぐ近くにクフ王とカフラー王のピラミッドが見えます。コーヒーを飲みながら夕暮れのピラミッドを見れてとてもリラックスできました。
場所が非常にわかりにくいので、迷っていたところHussienさんがわざわざ迎えに来てくれました。
また、ピラミッドのチケット売り場も送迎も暑い中、一緒に歩いてくれました。
水回りがあまりよくないですが、スタッフに言えばすぐに直してくれました。
Uberならホテルまで到着出来ますが、歩きではかなり難しいです。
