Ничего, кроме локации не понравилось
Первое: постельное белье и полотенца были грязными, с дырами, от них плохо пахло. После моего возмущения заменили на такие же грязные.
Второе: из туалетных принадлежностей присутствовали туалетная бумага, мыло и шампунь. Зубную пасту и щетку захватите с собой.
Третье: Мы жили 2-е суток, уборки не было, замены полотенец и белья не было.
Четвертое: на ваши просьбы и жалобы администратор скажет идите ищите клиниг, прачку и решайте проблемы с ними, а его не беспокойте.
Вывод: Отель уставший, владельцы похоже экономят на всем, в том числе на завтраках, завтрак посредственный. Не рекомендую. В окрестностях огромное количество отелей, есть из чего выбрать.
P.s. Это наш третий отель в Узбекистане, пишу из четвертого. Предыдущие отели были отличными, получили от меня оценку великолепно, я не придирчивый человек. Но Ulug-bek разочаровал отсутствием элементарного сервиса.
Все очень хорошо и завтраки вкусные. Везде чисто. Персонали очень хорошие.
Кровати не двуспальные. Они соединили две односпальные кровати, чтобы сделать одну двуспальную. Из-за этого посередине осталось неудобное место. Вот это мне не понравилось. А в остальном всё было хорошо.

Уборная ужасна ваняло, одноразовых тапочек не было не чистая комната!

Les installations laissaient à désirer : climatisation défectueuse, porte de douche défectueuse, pas de draps en dehors de celui sur le matelas, lumière de la salle de bain qu'on ne peut pas éteindre...
