Location was close to everything.
Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations based on the hotel's description and photos.
The gym was quite disappointing and did not match what we had expected from the pictures. This was especially frustrating, as the gym facilities were one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel.
The pool/swimming area was also unavailable during our stay, which was another major disappointment.
Additionally, the waiting time for the elevators was consistently very long, which became quite frustrating throughout our stay.
The restaurant also seemed to have too few tables and chairs for the number of guests. At breakfast, it was often difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy our meal.
Overall, several of the facilities did not live up to what was presented or advertised, which unfortunately affected our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at AT House. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very luxurious, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Xiao Yuan was especially friendly, helpful, and professional, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you, Xiao Yuan, for your wonderful service. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend AT House to others!

My first time staying in a local chian hotel. It really surprised me. The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful. The housekeeping was very nice and polite lady. There is a free laundry service. Overall a very good experience

The location was very good, located in very pleasant area of Xuhui just a short walk from Xujiahui Cathdral, park, the public library, Metro Station and shopping area. I also liked that the property is pretty new and clean. The rooms are not carpeted so there is no musty smell from carpets.
Breakfast, though the selection is not huge, the quality of what is offered is good. There is also free supper every night with porridge, some steamed dumplings/buns and noodle bar.
The beds and pillows were comfy. I booked the family room and starry suite…both were spacious and comfortable. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.
Nothing big but I wish that besides the free laundry service, they also had a laundry room where we could wash, dry and iron clothes ourselves, like in other Atour hotels. No iron was provided in the rooms. Also the hotel was a bit busy during our stay so the laundry service took longer. On the last night of our stay, I didn’t send in any laundry as I was worried they wouldn’t be returned in time.
