Overall, it’s a nice hotel. Will come back again.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The breakfast is great. The best things are the bed and pillow are very comfortable. We arrived quite early and got our room about 10am. Very appreciative this early check-in service.

Cons:

The space is not big even we stayed at a family room. The swimming pool isn’t working in this summer. This time we only stayed at 7th floor, so didn’t get the chance to see how is the view of this hotel.

Pros:

Отель удобный, стильный. Чисто. Завтраки вкусные, достаточный выбор. Бесплатная вечерняя лапша и пельмешки приятно удивили. Также химчистка была приятным бонусов!

Cons:

Слабый wi-fi. Знание элементарного английского на решепшен должно быть у персонала.

Special touches, no other hotel provides!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. The room was spacious and very modern. Breakfast was amazing with a good variety of Chinese and western food. Late night fldinner was a nice surprise. Very close to the subway and easy to walk to Xuhui shopping centres. This hotel has special touches we have not seen anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

De locatie! Metrostation gelijk naast hotel. Onbijt was prima. Verder was de service aan de receptie erg behulpzaam!! Vooral Antique en Quisiyuan dank voor jullie medewerking. Heel fijn!

Really good - Free Laundry!
Pros:

Really clean and close to the Metro station. Free laundry was really convenient!

Cons:

The staff did not speak English so we had to communicate through a translation device. The gym is not included in the stay and there is no bar in the hotel.

بصراحه فندق رائع وسرائر مريحه والغرفه نظيفه اطلبوا ثلاجه
لان الغرفه مافيها
وخدمه غسيل الملابس رائعه 👍🏻
والفطور فيه البيض والأجبان والعسل والفواكه
والمتروك تمشي تقريبا ربع ساعه
وخدمه حفظ الامتعه ممتازه سافرت ورجعت استلمتها شكرا لهم

Very happy with the hotel and very clean!!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough. Great variety of free breakfast from 6:30-10:30am. You have the option of having your laundry washed for free. From 9:30-11pm there was also a late night dinner for free and drink bottles always given.

Cons:

None of the staff really spoke English but did translate from phone.
