Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wird ins Zimmer gebracht. Man frühstückt dann gemütlich im Zimmer und so lange wie man möchte. Die Austattung ist sehr hochwertig und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man hört keine Autos oder nochh irgendweches Lärm. Man erreicht schnell die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu Fuß, aber man kann auch Vieles zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.🙂

Une oasis au cœur de Berlin
Pros:

Un très bel appartement, bien agencé et avec tout le confort géré par une équipe très à l’écoute et réactive, situé dans un quartier très calme et bien situé. Le ménage est assuré tous les jours, on est commeà l’hôtel avec beaucoup plus d’espace.

Cons:

Les appartements sont situés en rez de chaussée donc on peut pas ouvrir les porte-fenêtres la nuit mais il est bien climatisé donc pas de souci avec la chaleur.

Ich habe keinen Zugang zum Appartement bekommen, musste mir ein anderes Hotel Nachts suchen und habe die Kosten nicht erstattet bekommen. Das Booking System ist furchtbar schlecht, nach der Bestätigung erhielt ich einen vom Booking.com generierten Kalendereintrag für das Appartement mit einer Tel. Nummer und einem Code. Der von Booking kurz darauf abgesagt wurde. Die Unterkunft informierte mich, ich solle nicht über diese Telefonnummer sondern direkt mit der Unterkunft reden. Bei Ankunft war weder telefonisch noch Vorort jemand erreichbar und der Code ging nicht. Erstattet wurde mir nichts.

Bliss
Pros:

Just a what I needed
After a really stressful day travelling, and having to change places to stay because the first place was way too noisy, this was bliss and I was able to relax for the first time all day.
Check in was by 11pm and I didn’t the book the room until 10.30pm
Staff were super responsive and made it really easy to access.
The room was more than I was expecting and the bed was SO comfy!
They even allowed me to have late check out until 1.30 so I could catch up on some sleep.
Would 100% recommend
It was quiet and great location

Cons:

Everything was perfect
The only thing k would recommend would be some small milks, just because I’m British and like my brews in the morning

Excellent staff, location and room
Pros:

Amazing.
1. Staff: I have a medical emergency while staying in my apartment and had to call an ambulance in. The staff were very helpful in getting me set up with a different (available) room, and even offered to pack my things up and move them for me. I also forgot a tote bag there and a full 5 days later was able to come back and get it. The team was incredibly compassionate and helpful.
2. The Apartment: The apartment I stayed in (7) was absolutely amazing. SMEG appliances, fancy coffee machine in the wall, beautiful lighting, amazing cabinets and robes! The TVs were both smart TV's meaning it was very easy for me to change the language to English and cast / stream.
3. Location: Around the corner is a DM (catch-all store), a bakery, two cafes, even a park. The Savignyplatz train station is 10-15 minutes away, which makes it quite easy to get to from the airport via train.

Super séjour, appartement chaleureux et fonctionnel dans un quartier calme et bien desservi.
Pros:

Appartement très propre, moderne et fonctionnel. Personnel hyper réactif et très professionnel. Ménage fait tous les jours et super petit déjeuner.
