The hotel is absolutely terrible.
The staff are disrespectful and kick guests out if they want to cancel their reservation.
Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the omelettes. The location close to the airport was brilliant for us and I enjoyed being close to the temple and market.

The staff are amazing, all staff from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, porters, breakfast staff so friendly, helpful and very polite, they are an asset to the hotel, it was so lovely to be greeted by them everyday and to have our so many chats, it felt like I had made many new friends there.
Hotel is lovely, super clean, great location. Rooms are big, great set out and very clean. Pool is great and very clean, garden is lovely and well cared for.
3 minutes walk to beach, 1 minute walk around to night market, shops, restaurants and 7 eleven all just a cross the road.
Perfect location for the pick up and drop off for Soi Dog.
I enjoyed my stay so much I have rebooked for October and very much look forward to returning.

Прекрасный отель, близко к аэропорту, выбрали его в ночь перед вылетом, чтобы красивой нотой завершить отпуск. И все прошло прекрасно! Номер с доступом в бассейн это супер! И даже ванна пришлась кстати) подушки очень удобные! мне понравилось, буду его рассматривать в будущем для таких стопов
Политика некурения на всей территории, кроме smoking area несколько нарушает привычный уровень свободы в Таиланде, но ок.

Great location for what we were after. Beautiful scenery. Some cute little frogs in the pond downstairs. Staff were amazing. The breakfast was also great. Beds were comfy, slept like an angel

สุดท้าย การเดินทางครั้งนี้ตั้งใจจะมาพักผ่อนและหลีกหนีปัญหาฝุ่น PM 2.5 แต่กลับต้องมาเจอกับปัญหาห้องพัก การบาดเจ็บจากอุปกรณ์ในห้อง และกระบวนการจัดการที่ทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวังมากกว่าที่คาดไว้ จึงเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ฉันไม่อยากพบซ้ำอีกในอนาคต
ฉันเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้โดยจองผ่าน Booking จำนวน 36 คืน (แบ่งเป็น 19 คืนแรก และ 17 คืนหลัง) เนื่องจากต้องการหนีปัญหาฝุ่น PM 2.5 จากจังหวัดเชียงรายมาพักผ่อนที่ภูเก็ต
อย่างไรก็ตาม หลังจากเข้าพักจริงเพียง 1 คืน ฉันตัดสินใจย้ายออก เพราะพบปัญหาหลายประการ ดังนี้
* พบมดและแมลงหลายจุดภายในห้องพัก ทั้งบนโซฟา ที่นอน ห้องน้ำ และบริเวณปลั๊กไฟ
* ทางโรงแรมขอเวลาแก้ไขปัญหา ฉันจึงออกไปเดินเล่นริมทะเลหลายชั่วโมงเพื่อรอ โดยออกจากห้องตั้งแต่ช่วงบ่ายและกลับมาอีกครั้งในช่วงค่ำ แต่เมื่อกลับเข้าห้องยังคงพบมดอยู่ แม้ว่าจำนวนจะลดลงก็ตาม
* หัวฝักบัวมีสภาพชำรุดและเป็นสนิม ระหว่างอาบน้ำเวลาประมาณ 21.00 น. ฉันถูกขอบโลหะบาดมือจนมีเลือดออก ต้องเรียกช่างมาเปลี่ยนหัวฝักบัว และมีการทำแผลเบื้องต้นให้
* อ่างอาบน้ำมีปัญหา เมื่อเปิดน้ำใส่อ่าง น้ำจะไหลออกทางฝักบัวพร้อมกัน
* มีเสียงปิดประตูดังจากห้องอื่นตลอดช่วงกลางคืน ส่งผลต่อการพักผ่อน
สิ่งที่ทำให้ผิดหวังมากกว่าปัญหาสภาพห้องพัก คือการจัดการหลังเกิดเหตุ
ในวันรุ่งขึ้น ไม่มีพนักงานสอบถามอาการหลังจากเกิดเหตุบาดเจ็บ เมื่อฉันสอบถามเองว่าไม่มีใครจะถามอาการฉันเลยหรือ พนักงานตอบว่า “เมื่อคืนก็มีคนทำแผลให้แล้ว”
ต่อมา เมื่อฉันแจ้งเรื่องไปยัง Booking ทางโรงแรมได้ส่งข้อความผ่านระบบแชทในลักษณะที่ระบุว่า เหตุที่ถูกฝักบัวบาดมือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของฉันเอง เพราะฉันไม่ย้ายห้องตั้งแต่แรก
อย่างไรก็ตาม ฉันไม่ได้ย้ายห้อง เนื่องจากห้องที่เสนอให้ย้ายมีสภาพเก่า โทรม และร้อนกว่าเดิม โดยได้รับแดดเต็มห้อง ซึ่งไม่ใช่ห้องในมาตรฐานที่ฉันยินดีจะเข้าพักต่อ โดยเฉพาะเมื่อฉันได้จองการเข้าพักระยะยาวรวม 36 คืนไว้ล่วงหน้า
อีกประเด็นที่ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจคือ แม้ฉันจะเจอปัญหาหลายอย่างตั้งแต่วันแรก แต่ยังถูกกำชับเรื่องเวลาเช็กเอาต์อย่างเคร่งครัด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จาก Booking โทรมาแจ้งให้รีบออกจากห้องและเช็กเอาต์ก่อนเวลา 12.00 น. เพราะหากเกินเวลาจะถูกคิดค่าห้องเพิ่มอีก 1 คืน ทั้งที่ฉันกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
สุดท้าย ฉันพักจริงเพียง 1 คืน และถูกเรียกเก็บค่าห้องคืนดังกล่าวเต็มจำนวน แม้ว่าจะเกิดปัญหาหลายประการตั้งแต่วันแรกของการเข้าพักก็ตาม
สำหรับคืนที่เหลือที่ยังไม่ได้เข้าพัก ฉันได้รับเงินคืนในภายหลัง แต่คำขอคืนเงินสำหรับคืนแรกไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติ ( ต่อด้านบน )
