On Check-In a pre-authorization will be required for an incidentals.
The hotel is also pleased to welcome PETs in designated rooms, subject to availability. Pet policy: only 1 pet per room allowed, cost is £35.00 per pet per day. Damages preauthorization will be required.

Price paid when booking should have been the price. No mention when booking there was a £50 reserve fee by credit card, or the £10.00 parking fee.
After the wedding reception we got rushed out so the staff could move the tables elsewhere

The building and location to the airport
The beds was to hard and quite noisy. And having to pay £10 to park fir the night
Breakfast was good. Ingredients were especially good. Bacon exceptional.
Room was clean and comfortable.
The £10 charge for car parking should not be charged for residents. This would make me look for an alternative hotel.

Comfortable bed in large room. Feel of being in the country whilst close to city.
Anything put on room had 20% tax added to it. Made a glass of wine well over £10. I like to think prices on menus etc are the prices you pay.

Taxi nach Gatwick war sehr teuer obwohl es nur 3km Entfernung sind.
In the country,nice and quiet surroundings. Room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable.
Lift not working. Shower tray leaking water. Shower was a bit grungy. Bathroom was a little cramped. Overall, the hotel was a bit tired-looking. Don't like paying for parking when in the country hotel- cities I can understand. Its a few miles from Gatwick and people use it as a long stay car park when flying out,but why should a guest pay?
