Courte visite à Istanbul..
Pros:

Le personnels était super, très à l’écoute, il peuvent discuter avec vous pendant des heures .

Cons:

Emplacement, je me suis rendue en voiture mais personne nous a informer que pendant des heures fixe, les routes au alentour de l’hôtel ainsi que celui qui est devant l’hôtel était fermé.

Was not as we expected it to be, I was not expecting something good for this price but still was disappointed with how it looked inside, especially the smell and facilities were bad. Dirty bed sheets, very old facilities, were given already opened and used slippers.

Overall, we had a very good stay.
Pros:

The hospitality shown by the staff in terms of catering to basic needs like getting an iron box, serving the breakfast and sorting small issues promptly.

Cons:

We came late and we got the topmost room which has low ceiling. Therefore, I had to lower my head several times while walking inside the room.

Very helpful and polite staff(Iroda,Ertunj,Ulvi). Nice breakfast. Really worth the price. 5 minute walk to the tram station. Groceries and restaurants around.

Příjemný a vstřícný personál, krásný výhled na moře, celkem ucházející snídaně. Všude bylo čisto.

V pokoji byly odlepené lišty u zdi. Ve sprše byla hodně uvolněná baterie, která vypadala, že každou chvíli spadne ze zdi. Špatně odtékal odpad sprchy. Velice nízký tlak vody ve sprše - téměř netekla voda a když tak jen čůrkem. Téměř netekla teplá voda ve sprše a v umyvadle netekla teplá voda vůbec.
