We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Lucerne. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff truly made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay, especially traveling as a family with children.
The hotel itself was spotless — our room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The atmosphere was calm, modern, and relaxing.
One of the best parts of this hotel is the location. It is perfectly situated just a short walk from the train station and the lake boats, which made exploring Lucerne and traveling around Switzerland so easy and stress-free. Being able to walk everywhere with children was a huge advantage.
Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne.

The hotel is very well located and close to the train station. It's also a few minutes from Inseli park where we got to relax by the lake and watch the swans. The staff were amazing and really accommodating for all our requests. The breakfast was good too though not very varied. The rooms were clean and the facilities well maintained. Overall, it was great for a family stay.

Was well located.
No hot vegan options available - day one asked re availability - was advised pomme noisettes the only hot choice. Day two asked if any further options available, only to be advised the pomme noisettes were not vegan as they contained egg whites - instead directed to rice and a dish to accompany which was labelled vegetarian. During my stay the coffee machine in my room didn't work properly (took several attempts to place capsule at exactly right degree for it to be pierced otherwise capsule fell straight through). Iron was not clean and transferred scorch marks onto clothing. View was of a scaffold covered building next door and road (or footpath) works surrounding entrance etc.
