The stuff made us check in at 4 pm cuz the rooms weren't cleaned yet while when we asked for late check out at 2 pm cuz of Friday prayer they said no so poor service

عدم وجود موقف لسيارتي وهذا كان مشروطا بتوفر الموقف ولا بأس لكن لابد من ذكرها .
توقيت تسجيل الخروج والمغادرة الساعة 12 توقيت سيء جدا نتمنى تعديلة او المرونة فيه
انت بجانب الحرم والظهر لم يؤذن بعد وتطالب النزيل بالخروج في هذا الوقت هذا خطأ في نظري
كان الأجدر ان تكون المطالبة بالمغادرة بعد صلاة الظهر
وليس حلا ان تطالبني بتسجيل الخرج وإخراج امتعتي من الغرفة الى البهو والعودة لها بعد الصلاة في الحرم

على العموم

توقيت المغادرة خطأ يحتاج إلى إعادة النظر فيه وأن يكون موظف الاستقبال أكثر مرونة في ذلك .
