اقامة رائعة قرب مسجد الحبيب
Pros:

الفندق صف أول مطل على ساحات الحرم النبوي الغربية و لكن ليس مباشر على الحرم

الفندق عمل فعاليات في يوم العيد

Cons:

عدد المصاعد و البطء في استخدامها وقت الصلاة بالذات قبل او بعد حيث يكون الزحام عالي جدا

الافطار يحتاج تنوع و تطوير و تحسين في جودته أكثر

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, close to Haram and comfort in all aspects
Delwar kept our room clean and spotless everyday, Abdullah was helpful doorman

Cons:

Parking was a challenge, but I guess it was Eid so hotel was fully booked.
Breakfast was OK but could be better

A hotel with an excellent lication and value for money
Pros:

Location, Restaurant team was professional and breakfast improved compared to my last stay, excellent room service and cleaning staff, and last but not the least the parking facility in basement was a big plus

Cons:

I booked a quadruple room, instead i was given a triple room with a fourth small kids bed.
Also reception staff was extremely rigid in not giving an hour over the checkout time.
