Allt bra den äldre herren i receptionen
Pros:

Nära metro bekväma rum med bra plats. Trevligt frukostbuffé.

Cons:

Första kontakten med personalen var dålig. Äldre herre som var ganska otrevlig och himlade med ögonen då vi frågade saker.

Good place for those travelling by train
Pros:

The location was tight across the street from the train station! So perfect!

It was an older place but has been maintained. It is not a modern place but had just enough conveniences to make our stay pleasant

Hotel non accueillant
Pros:

La situation géographique de l'hotel est très bien. Il présente un état de propreté plutot bon, rien à redire dessus.

Cons:

Coincé dans un ascenseur dans une chaleur pas possible vu que celui ci est tout petit et que nous étions 2, le réceptionniste n'a meme pas pris la peine de nous octroyer une bouteille d'eau en guise de dédommagement. A part des excuses, le minimum quoi. Le lendemain au Check out, on le redit à la personne présente (sans doute le dirigeant), qui n'a meme pas chercher à en savoir plus. Pas du tout professionnel.
La clim qui fonctionne mais ne refroidit pas la chambre donc inutile.
Le quartier craint un peu, c'est gare du Nord donc normal.

Cons:

We paid high fare for the parking, and our car was broke into in it. The hotel didn’t do anything to help, we had to rely on our insurance and do all formalities by ourselves. No refund, no insurance on their side.
Lots of insecurity feeling in the neighbourhood.
