Pros:

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff that wanted to meet our needs with excellent service and friendly attitude.

Cons:

Dinner menu was Japanese which is not our favorite food, however, the tempura shrimp roll that we had at the bar was excellent. Breakfast was American style food but on the lighter side. Very delicious. We didn't order lunch, however, I did see hamburgers which smelled delicious.

Perfect stay in a beautiful property!
Pros:

The rooms were so spacious and the staff were great. The pool is beautiful. We also enjoyed their house car service.

Cons:

All was great but the pool area is small so make sure you arrive early.

Absolutely Everything!!!! : )
Pros:

Everything about this property is exceptionable from the location to the aesthetic to the service.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Probably one of the best hotels we have visited and would return
Pros:

A beautiful hotel , every member of staff was exceptional would return in a heartbeat .

Cons:

The poolside got very busy at times especially weekends. Raphael did a wonderful job at keeping everyone fed and watered

Pros:

Tudo muito lindo. Funcionários prestativos. Muito confortável e bem localizado. O serviço de motorista tb é muito prático

Cons:

A piscina muito cheia. Não tinha cadeiras disponíveis nenhum dos dois dias.
A arrumação do quarto foi feita muito tarde. Tipo 15:30/ 16:00

Overpriced and poor quality
Pros:

Location and interior design

Cons:

Overpriced and poor build quality. Blinds don't keep the rooms dark. Walls and doors are build cheap without keeping simple standards for sound insulation. There are major gaps under the rooms doors so you can hear what is going on in the hallways and you can even hear what the kitchen staff are doing. It is a joke that a hotel in this price range is build in worse quality than a cheap motel. Don't the mislead buy the good looking interior design. My first breakfast was 104 dollars!!!
