Muy agradable y regresaría de nuevo
Pros:

Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y luminosas. La atención del staff fue excelente. Amables y atentos en cada área,

Cons:

Las albercas estaban turbias. Solo un día vimos a alguien limpiarlas, pero creo que necesitan hacerlo más seguido o usar distintos químicos

Pros:

La chambre est fonctionnelle et il y a la climatisation. La piscine est agréable quand il n'y a personne et qu'elle tourne.

Cons:

Quand je me suis mise à marcher nus pieds dès mon arrivée, j'avais plein de petites saletés sous les pieds comme si l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé et seulement la serpillière. J'ai trouvé la chambre sale. Sur le carelage gris il y a pleins de taches incrustées et la cuvette des toilettes fuyait. Les inox sont plein de calcaire. La vue sur la mer n'est pas terrible, on voit surtout des toits et la route.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclu.
La chambre n'a aucun charme.
Je n'ai pas apprécié mon séjour ici, je me sentais mal.

Jonathan was very hospitable and kind. The rest of the personnel too but hardly anyone spoke english

Cons:

The hotelfacilities are still under construction, the Pool in the hotel green of alges. Poolbeds were broken.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Schreibtisch gebucht…Bekommen haben wir ein kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Schreibtisch. Positiv ist der Beach Club vor dem Hotel den man kostenlos nutzen darf. Für Fahrräder hätte man 400 Pesos für zwei Personen verlangt…finde ich für ein Hotel eher viel.

el hotel esta bien, cerca de todo, es limpio y comodo, el desayuno normal. el primer dia no tenian mucha variedad de fruta ni tampoco tenian leche, pero era correcto, sin destacar la atención en general bien pero algún camarero le faltaba amabilidad

Rocky start, but comfort, cleanliness, great food, and kind staff turned it around.
Pros:

Beautiful beachfront location with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable, which is rare when traveling. The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised when they even cleaned it again during our short stay. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were especially nice and friendly. Once the issue with our room was addressed, the staff made a real effort to make things right, which we appreciated

The stay started off frustrating due to a room mix-up that didn’t match what was originally booked. It took some time to resolve, which wasn’t ideal, especially for a short stay.

The restaurant. Excellent breakfast and staff! The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing.

Estancia fenomenal.
Pros:

El alojamiento muy bien ubicado a la orilla del Malecón. Tienen un beach club en la que te la puedes pasar todo el día, además te prestan kayaks. Faltó un poquito de limpiezas a la playa por el sargazo pero todo los demás excelente.

Todo me gustó.

Pros:

La ubicación, está justo en medio del malecón. Tiene piscina y muy buen desayuno. Piscina justo en la zona de los bar. El día no ayudó a que se vieran las playas turquesa, pq estuvo nublado pero todo bien con el hotel.
