Para empezar me cobraron una habitación extra de la que no reserve, pedí apoyo dado que fue una cuestión de booking sin que me brindaran ayuda en el hotel; luego, el personal del hotel sobretodo la chica del turno matutino ni se ofreció a ayudarnos, nos veía como es su problema, vieron más lo económico para ellos que a uno

Luego, la habitación no sirvió bien el aire acondicionado, el baño tenía como sarro,
el elevador no funcionó y tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras cada que salíamos o llegábamos, y cargar a mi pequeño, las maletas, todo
Lo que no dicen en la página del hotel es que al llegar el aire huele muy feo, como a pescado, es unbolor muy intenso, en comparación de otros hoteles o restaurantes por los que llegamos a pasar que no olía así
En general, lo califico como pésimo
Si pueden buscar otra opción, háganlo para evitar que la pasen mal

Grande chambre, propre, serviette de toilette et de piscine, jolie piscine ( propre), bon wifi, petit cadeau d'accueil, accès au club de plage juste en face de l'hôtel, petit déjeuner mexicain correct, bonne pression sous la douche.

Cons:

Les sargasses entreposées juste devant le club de plage donc odeur jusqu'à l'hôtel , pendant le petit déjeuner. N'avons pas pu rester au club de plage de l'hôtel du fait des odeurs.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena la nueva alberca del club de playa cuando lo terminen seguro va a estar muy bien

Cons:

No incluyó mi desayuno mi habitación pero si se me hizo un poco elevado el costo de los desayunos estaban bien las porciones , y las luces los sensores no prendían al pasar así que subimos a obscuras

Séjour très agréable, équipe très serviable, 2 piscines, chambre confortable

L"équipe adorable. L'espace dans la chambre, la proximité de l'océan et de la ville, le confort des lits, le petit-déjeuner

Pros:

El personal es súper amable. Buena relación calidad -precio.
Buena ubicación, pero su playa no estaba limpia, por lo que no pudimos nadar ahí. Ya que nos íbamos comenzaron a limpiarla con varios sargaceros. Estaba súper limpio y las instalaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

Las reglas debería de aplicar para todos aunque sean “amigos del jefe”

Buena ubicación y estacionamiento, alberca disponible a cualquier hora tiene elevador.

Cons:

No teníamos bote de basura en la habitación solo el del baño no nos pusieron cafetera y a la habitación de a lado sí
