It's located in the center of Soho, which is very convenient, but might be loud sometimes. It had two big beds, so one person could sleep on the antresole. The room is quite big and with own kitchen.
The bathroom and the toilet are very small, but even though they were shared with other guests, they were clean.

Close to everything, easy to get in.
Very unclean; upon arrival there was an old sandwich in the fridge, dirty tissues stashed next to the bed and the sheets looked used. The curtain doesn’t cover the window fully so the room is still lit at night and very noisy.

A localização é excelente, muito próximo aos teatros para assistira aos musicais e também de Soho e Chinatow, como do metro. Várias opções de restaurantes, lojas e pubs.
Sempre prefiro o banheiro dentro do quarto, porém foi tranquilo com o banheiro fora porque era bem próximo do quarto. Apesar de ser bem pequeno o box do chuveiro e o espaço.
It was in a prime location, walking distance from shops,bars and attractions

Fantastic location. Yes it can be loud, but this is Soho, so you get what you sign up for. Extremely clean, and by far the best value for money in the area. Having a small functioning kitchen was an added bonus. Shared bathroom and shower also very clean. It is ideal for a solo traveler who is looking to explore the area. Briefly met the host on my stay who was very polite and informative.
There is nothing I did not like about the property. The only things I would mention for a heads up to other travelers. The shower cubicle is compact but works perfectly well. Obviously this was only relevant to my visit, but some of the other guests did not always fully close the main entrance door. Nothing to do with the host, but just something to keep an eye on if you are staying.
