Pros:

Готель просто чудовий, весь персонал професіонали своєї справи, дуже уважні, дуже привітні, чудовий сервіс, номер дуже чистий, комфортний , для проживання, дуже сподобались сніданки, кожен день можна обрати різний, все на дуже достойному рівні, я залишилась дуже задоволена. Дякую, за такий чудовий прийом

Pros:

Великий номер, з великою стелею. Всі аксесуари в номері наявні. Спа гарний.

Cons:

Трохи шумний холодильник. Можна було б додати якісь овочі на сніданок і фрукти.

Басейн, краєвид, чисто.

Cons:

Система кондиціювання. Зазвичай в готелях з такою кількістю зірок центральне кондиціювання. В номері був простий кондиціонер.

Не співпадає з ціновою політикою
Pros:

Сучасний, новий, дуже круте розташування і неймовірний вигляд на все місто, відкритий басейн (за доп плату), рушники і халати все це топ

Cons:

Дуже все чутно із сусідніх номерів, навіть просто розмови спокійні, абсолютно звукопроникні номери, басейн відкритий: до останнього нам всі говорили, що для проживаючих немає ніяких знижок і це по +1000 грн за людину, і тільки при виїзді адміністратор сказала, що 50% знижки, тобто, вона єдина знала правила готелю. Сніданки на замовлення і чекати їх потрібно десь біля 40 хв після посадки, що буде при повному заселенні
