Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of USD 500.

All reservations require a valid credit card for booking. An incidental deposit of up to $100 per day is collected at check-in and refunded within 7 days, subject to property inspection. If the hotel is fully committed, 1 night room/tax will be authorized to guarantee your reservation. If this is an advanced purchase booking, all payment will be taken prior to arrival.

Items shipped to the Hotel should be addressed: Attention – Operations Manager, The Gregorian Hotel, 42 W 35TH Street, New York, New York 10001 including the registered guest’s name. The Gregorian Hotel is not responsible for damages or loss of items delivered to the Hotel prior to arrival, or of any items or packages left on property after departure. Upon request, items left on premises after departure will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. The cost of the first package is included in the facility fee, anything after is subject to a charge of between $10 and $40.

The Gregorian is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarets and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Location was perfect, rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable
Pros:

Location was great, very close to subway anc central location. Hotel wasn’t too large so felt very boutique
Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for suitcases and extra space

Struttura centrale a ridosso della fifty avenue.
Pros:

La centralità della struttura, la comodità del letto, l’ampiezza della camera.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo con vasca… la colazione compresa, pensavamo fosse nella struttura ma invece bisognava uscire fuori ed andare di fronte in una struttura esterna convenzionata, dove la scelta compresa nel prezzo era molto limitata.

Great central location lovely staff big comfy bed
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also good. I was impressed by the size of the room and we had a view of the Empire State Building.

The room was a bit dusty. Bathroom could have done with a refresh.

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle tienen mucho ruido. El hotel no tienen restaurante, por lo que para el desayuno dan tricotes para canjear en una cafetería justo enfrente

Got great work done and made some nice memories.
Pros:

Close to everything in Midtown. Iconic location next to Macys and the Empire State building. Lovely classic old hotel that has been nicely updated. Room was small but comfy and very well laid out with cool decor.

Cons:

Window needs a bit of repair, blurred the view and didn't block sound well.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con dinero en la habitación para el cual el hotel no nos dio ninguna respuesta del caso. Nos dijeron que lo iban a investigar pero jamás se comunicaron con nosotros.
Por otro lado las condiciones de la reserva incluían un consumo adicional por persona y por día que no fue respetado, alegando que se trataba del desayuno cuando claramente estaba indicado por separado del desayuno ya incluido, considero se trata de una estrategia para atraer reservas.
No obtuvimos respuesta a nuestro reclamo ni por parte del hotel ni de booking.com

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in een indrukwekkende stad.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in een relatief rustige straat in midtown Manhattan op een steenworp afstand van het Empire State building, midden in het centrum vlakbij vele bezienswaardigheden. Kortom een perfecte uitvalsbasis. Het metrostation is ook dichtbij. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en in voor een praatje.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk. Zoals verwacht was de kamer niet heel groot of modern. Het uitzicht was ook niet geweldig. Maar dat krijg je wanneer je tussen allemaal wolkenkrabbers zit.

Good hotel, lovely staff, bad breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Great location for the subway but bit of a dodgy street.

Cons:

The breakfast we paid extra for was not worth it. A drink and a pastry in the bakery opposite.
