Serenata San de Hanoi Hotel

La habitación era cómoda y bonita, la terraza muy cómoda. El desayuno muy variado, tanto con comida local como desayuno continental, la fruta buenísima. La localización muy céntrica pero permite descansar.

Best place ever, staff so friendly and efficient in all circumstances

Our stay at Serenata San de Hanoi Hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.

We would especially like to thank Charlie. From the moment we checked in, he always greeted us with a warm smile and patiently helped us whenever we needed assistance.

What touched us most happened on the day we left Hanoi. Our scheduled airport transfer was delayed, and as our flight time was getting closer, we became increasingly worried. Charlie immediately helped us contact the transfer service and kept following up for us.

What moved me the most was seeing Charlie standing at the hotel entrance, constantly watching the street to see if our airport transfer had arrived. He could have simply made a phone call and returned to his work, but instead, he stayed there and continued looking out for the car because he knew how anxious we were about getting to the airport on time. That moment may seem small, but it meant so much to us.

Thanks to his help, the problem was finally resolved and we arrived at the airport safely and on time.

A memorable hotel stay is not only about a comfortable room, but also about meeting people who genuinely care about their guests. Charlie made us feel that kind of warmth during our final moments in Hanoi.

If the highest score is 10, we would definitely give this hotel 10/10! Thank you, Charlie, and thank you to the entire hotel team. We will remember your kindness and would happily stay here again the next time we visit Hanoi.

Værelset var super. Kæmpe lækker seng med en rigtig dyne. Dét som bærer stedet er klart personalet. Så søde og servicemindet. De gjorde alt for at gøre opholdet godt - de kom med forslag til ting at lave og ting at spise. Mr. Linh hjalp os med en rute til Sapa og sørgede for vi kom godt frem på trods af han stadig befandt sig i Hanoi.

Staff were fabulous, very accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble.

La petit déjeuné sucré salé il y en a pour tout les goûts!
La chambre très propre et spacieuse pareil pour la salle de bain.
Le personnel très serviable ils nous ont aidés a organiser notre excursion a Ha Giang pour faire la boucle. C'était génial.
L'emplacement est vraiment proche des centres d'intérêts. On est a deux pas de la rue du train et très proche des autres endroits à voir.

The location is great and the room was very quiet

The staff at the serenata were an 11/10 . So polite and helpful and absolutely professional to the next level. Tom and his entire team were superb. I have stayed in many hotels from Dubai to Hong Kong and the sedentary staff are the best I have ever encountered . My wife and 3 boys loved this hotel right in the center on Hanoi and close to all the attractions. After a long day it was a welcome home form home. Anything you need was was an easy ask. If I came back to Hanoi I would stay here a 100 💯
Oh by the way take Tom up on his ha long bay tour it was amazing and just the right number of people on a boat with a jacuzzi at the back. So relaxing and food was awesome.

We had a lovely stay at Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and very welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional and helped us with every request from the beginning until the end of our stay. They were always kind, attentive, and happy to assist with anything we needed.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of all the main attractions, while still being on a quieter street. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options.
