Комфорт, внимание и забота с первого дня!
Pros:

С первого дня нашего прибывания во Вьетнаме и до последнего, нашу группу окружили вниманием и заботой. Для нас организовали три трансфера (по два автомобиля в каждом): из аэропорта и из Халонга в Ханой. Все номера в гостинице были безупречные, тихие и комфортные, а завтрак насыщенный и разнообразный. Нам очень помогли с хранением коробок от велосипедов и лишних вещей.
Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить персоналу отеля и в частности Чарли, за оказанную помощь с госпитализацией одной из участниц нашей группы, покупку лекарств и оказанным вниманием.

空港→ホテルの送迎は事前に提案を頂き、安心でした。
帰りのホテル→空港送迎についても朝5時だったのですが、朝食弁当を持たせていただきました。

Great value for money
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location with amazing staff. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help me after I checked out to continue my journey. Thanks to Charlie and the team I had a great first impression of Vietnam and Vietnamese people!

Good location, hotel is clean, staffs are very helpful. It’s a comfortable stay place with family. We were looked after very well. Every staff member is polite and helpful, Mr. Charlie, and all the staff were helpful, guided us in everything we needed. Mr. Charlie was our point of contact, communication with him was very easy, Helped us even plan our day trips. Very trustworthy and safe place for family.
One request to hotel, we wish staffs are well looked after as well. This hotel made our stay a positive experience and wanting us to come back again. Highly recommended place.
