Muy buena experiencia. El hotel estaba limpio, la habitación era cómoda y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación también era excelente para visitar la ciudad. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría

Great stay that are serviced by superb staff
Pros:

Good location. Clean and spacious for connecting room. Housekeeping done a great job. Reception, porter, breakfast staff are all very helpful and friendly. Nothing too difficult for them. Good communication in English and able to conduct genuine conversation.

Pros:

Our interconnecting room with comfortable beds, the location and friendly staff who had excellent English. There was an issue with one of the showers in one of the rooms and when we mentioned this to reception, it was fixed immediately. The TV has netflix if you have an account you can login with.

Cons:

The gym could.have been a little better as the AC was not working.

Pros:

The location is great, train street is just 1 minute away. The staff is lovely and very helpful, and the cleanliness was good. Nice breakfast.
Good value for money..

Cons:

Unfortunately no window in the family room. Two connected rooms.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Serenata Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home.

The room had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was another highlight, with an amazing array of options to suit all tastes. There was plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and delicious.

We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Serenata Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Cons:

Bed could of been a little comfier but it was still good!! Maybe it was the jet lag!

Pros:

Family connecting room was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walk to train St and not far to Dong Xuan market or beer st either. Airport pickup was great, though they were outside which took a while to find.

Cons:

The bathrooms are old, the shower especially wasn't great and fairly dirty.
