Pros:

L'hôtel est près du vieux quartier et aussi de la rue du fameux train 😊
J'avais choisi la chambre sans fenêtre, car je ne voulais pas entendre le bruit venant de la rue, mais le petit frigo faisait pal mal de bruit.😞
On m'avait annoncé dès mon arrivée qu'il y a eu un upgrade pour ma dernière nuitée, bah là chapeau, la chambre était superbe et on entendait pas le bruit des motos et pour le coup j’ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit.
Le petit-déjeuner au top beaucoup de choix entre gastronomie internationale ou vietnamienne
Je recommande fortement et je reviendrais avec plaisir

Super hôtel situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï !
Le personnel est serviable et très gentil. J’avais demandé une petite surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon amie et ils ont décoré la chambre : encore merci pour cette belle attention :)
La literie est de qualité, les lits sont confortables et la chambre est spacieuse.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, bon et copieux.

Cons:

Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas toujours eu d’eau chaude…
Un jour, en rentrant dans la chambre, il y avait énormément d’humidité sur le sol et nous avons dû utiliser des serviettes pour le sécher.

A great hotel for first time in Vietnam. Great location and great team of staff.
Pros:

Location was great. Our balcony looked over the street, great to watch all the coming and going. Hotel staff were amazing. Our first time in Vietnam, staff were very supportive and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Hotel manager was always available and very approachable. We split our time between two hotels in Hanoi with a trip to Ha Long Bay in-between. We asked if we could leave our main luggage until our return which they happily did for us. Would definitely book again.

Great location
Pros:

Location was great. It was within walking distance to everything. The famous train station/coffee shops was about 3 mins away from the hotel. The free breakfast buffet was also great. I’ll definitely consider this hotel again on my next visit.

This hotel tries to make your Vietnam trip memorable and they didn’t have to try hard. They are helpful with everything.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, Julie and Ellie are wonderful and I forgot her name but the little young girl at breakfast. Breakfast was great a choice of different foods. The bed was huge. So close to train street.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything bad about this place.
