We love the location and our stay. Would’ve appreciated a better cleaning of our room.
Pros:

Close to everything you will need… there was a money exchange across the street lots of great food and coffee establishments we were very happy with our choices

Cons:

We found our room dirty. There was garbage on the floor and it seemed as though it was not swept. There was also a toothbrush and garbage in the hallway that eventually did get cleaned out.

Moderne Zimmer, top Lage und zwei tolle Pools! Das Personal ist super freundlich (besonders Thuy an der Rezeption!). Neben der tollen Aussicht aus den modernen Zimmern haben uns die Pools begeistert: Einer befindet sich auf dem Dach, ein weiterer im 22. Stock des gegenüberliegenden Hotels – mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer.

trong tầm tiền 1tr đã bao gồm cả ăn sáng mà gần biển có chỗ đậu xe thì mình thấy phù hợp

khách sạn có 2 cái cạnh nhau có thể đi qua 2 bể bơi nhưng bể chỉ để chụp ảnh thì hợp lý vì còn nhỏ. có chỗ đậu xe trước cửa. có thể đi bộ ra bãi biển được

bể bơi còn nhỏ không thực sự thoải mái. chưa có điều hoà thang máy

Pros:

1. Больше всего понравились завтраки - вкусные, разнообразные, много местной еды, есть и привычные блюда и продукты. В любое время завтрака можно было прийти и найти много разнообразной еды и фруктов. Если что-то заканчивалось, это сразу же восполнялось.
2. У нас был ранний приезд и поздний выезд. В номер мы не заселялись раньше и не оставались в номере дольше, но вещи оставляли на ресепшн, что оказалось очень удобно, а сами шли на пляж или в музеи
3. Отеля 2, один получше, другой очень уставший, в нем мы и жили. Но пользоваться можно было бассейнами обоих отелей. В нашем отеле бассейн был на 11 этаже, а в том, что получше (расположен через дорогу) - на 22 этаже. Всегда - много полотенец, лежаки, красивые виды.
4. Расположение у отеля достаточно хорошее - до пляжа Мик хе минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом по улице, на которой мы нашли как минимум 2 места с неплохими фо бо и бо не

1. При бронировании я указывала, что нам нужна детская кроватка или дополнительная кровать. При заселении я попросила о кроватке, но за 5 дней ее так и не предоставили. Уже вечером мы попросили дополнительный комплект белья, чтобы разместить ребенка хотя бы на диванчике. Нам дали подушку и одеяло, без белья, после нескольких просьб нам дали наволочку и все... Если Вы предлагаете к бронированию номер для размещения 2 взрослых и 4 детей, мне кажется логичным, что должно быть предоставлено дополнительное спальное место (как мы просили - детская кроватка или дополнительная кровать). Эта ситуация существенно снизила комфорт пребывания. Хорошо, что все дни мы проводили в поездках, но спали в очень стеснённых условиях.
2. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Только по заправленным постелям и бутылкам воды мы понимали, что в номер приходили. На полу так и оставались песок и грязь. Запасы шампуня и геля для душа не пополнялись

Great location, but service and facilities can be improved.

There’s only one key card used to enter the room and activates the power inside the bedroom. This makes the room really hot and warm even when you leave the room for just a short period of time.

sảng khoái, thoả mãn và không hề chán.
Pros:

bữa sáng rất tuyệt như giới thiệu, với đủ các đồ ăn thức uống khoái khẩu nên mình không phải đi ra ngoài cà phê thêm nữa. chỗ ngồi thoải mái, người phục vụ thân thiện đáng yêu, âm nhạc và không gian đẹp tạo nên một bữa ăn ngon và đáng nhớ.

Cons:

khách sạn không có điểm trừ. từ quản lý đến nhân viên và bảo vệ đều chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. cảm thấy thoải mái ngay từ khi bước chân vào khách sạn cho đến khi rời đi. sẽ quay lại khách sạn khi đến du lịch và công tác đà nẵng.

Минусы есть, все началось с того как наш чемодан чуть не уехал в другом направлении🤯 с аэропорта мы приехали около 6 утра, оставили вещи на ресепшен, где показала нам сотрудница ресепшен, и ушли гулять, так как до заселения было ещё долго, вернулись мы через часа 4, чемодан стоял на входе у отеля, грузили какие то вещи и наш чемодан хотели увезти вместе с этими вещами , чемодан мы конечно же благополучно успели забрать , и долго ещё требовали объяснений как вышло так, что наш чемодан оказался на улице….??!!! Следующий минус , нас предупредили изначально что вода в холодильнике платная, а на столе бесплатная, воду в холодильнике мы вообще не трогали, пользовались только своей, по итогу , перед выселением, с нас требовали оплатить воду, это ладно вода стоила копейки , но ресепшен не хотел принимать доллары, а донги у нас закончились, сотрудники не совсем компетентны.

Pros:

Cordial Beach hotel deserves a higher grade than it currently has on booking.com. It's closer to the beach than many of the hotels that advertise being on the beach. The breakfasts are buffet style in the sister hotel across the road. Excellent, very varied choice. Swimming pools on the rooftops of both hotels.
