Phòng không sạch, ga thì rách, ấm siêu tốc nắp rời ra từng bộ phận vẫn để cho khách dùng(cảm giác khách bỏ tiền ra mà ko dc tôn trọng)mặc dù đã nói với lễ tân và nói sẽ lên thay khi khách ra ngoài nhưng về lại vẫn ko thấy thay , gương trang điểm thì còn dính cả lông mi giả của khách ở trước, bình hoa ở bàn trang điểm chắc ko bao giờ lau chùi.điều hòa thì chảy nước.thất vọng so với số tiền mình phải trả

El mal trato de las personas que están en recepción. Cuando hice la reserva elegí una cama y me dieron una habitación de dos camas. Cuando se lo dije me dijo que estaba lleno y que solo podían unir las camas y poner las sábanas como si fuera 1, nunca lo hicieron. También me dijeron que al día siguiente me cambiaban a una habitación con 1 cama, tampoco lo hicieron. Señalar que me escribieron para saber la hora de llegada, les dije entre 11 y 12pm y me dijeron ok. No obstante cuando llegué me dijeron que debía pagar un fee para que me dieran la habitación antes, en ningún lado lo decía, cuando me escribieron tampoco me lo dijeron… pésimo servicio

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! La chambre était agréable et l’emplacement est vraiment top si vous souhaitez être proche du littoral. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié, et les équipements, notamment la piscine, sont vraiment très bien. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent.
Quelques points sont à revoir concernant le ménage des chambres. Le sol et la salle de bain n’étaient pas réellement nettoyés : les serviettes étaient simplement remplacées et la couverture remise au bord du lit. Il pouvait même rester du sable sur le rebord du lavabo après le passage du ménage.
Autre point décevant : le service de blanchisserie. Nos vêtements ont mis quasiment deux jours à nous être rendus et, malheureusement, les taches étaient toujours présentes. À ce prix-là, nous avons eu le sentiment qu’il aurait été plus intéressant de laver nous-mêmes nos vêtements.
T he e staff who looked after the scooters were fantastic. The rest not so much. The breakfast was lovely though.
The “superior room” is w h at I would imagine a backpacker would like. There was a tiny bathroom with a tint wardrobe (2 people could not use this) and we had a twin room, the beds were so close you could hardly niece between them at all, and one small window with a view into the next hotel’s staircase, and a tiny window in the bathroom that was too high to see out of. Nothing like what was advertised

Отель требует ремонта, хотя в принципе для меня старый, новый не имеет значения если там чисто и опрятно. К сожалению в этом отеле понятие чистота весьма относительно. Наша комната была самый эконом вариант, но из за того что мы заплатили картой с нас взяли проценты, что получилось все равно дороже (учитывайте когда расплачиваетесь картой, уточняйте). Фото комнаты не соответствует с фото на буукинге. Очень маленькая, грязная комната. Пока мы там проживали уборки не было совсем, просто приходили оставляли полотенца, воду и чай в пакетиках (иногда это тоже «забывали»), такое ощущение, что только такая у них была работа. Дешевый шампунь, не было кондиционера. Такое ощущение, что отель экономит на своих гостях. Завтраки нормальные, но однообразные.
Хорошие завтраки, море рядом.номер большой все необходимое есть.
Уборка номеров на 3,когда ты в номере то убирают лучше.
