Cons:

The hotel has a high volume of Chinese families and we was on the same floor as them and they were extremely noisy not hotels fault but the walls are thin so you hear everything

A nice hotel, but the service and hospitality standards were disappointing to say the least, and very unprofessional.

Cons:

Upon checking out, I went to pay for the bottles of water I had taken out of the fridge in my room. The staff told me I could only pay with cash. I didn’t have cash on me at that moment as I had only arrived late the night before and was checking out early the following morning. I told them I paid for my room with card the night before when I was checking in. They told me that when paying for items taken from the fridge they would only accept cash. There was a card machine in front of me on the counter. I was literally staring at it. They wouldn’t accept card and asked me to go across the road to a shop to buy bottles of water so they could re stock the fridge. They actually asked one of their guests to run an errand for them, how unprofessional is that? They literally could have just let me pay by card with the card machine they had sitting in the counter, but they wouldn’t. When over in the shop, they also wouldn’t let me pay by card for the bottles of water because their card machine was ‘broken’; it just wasn’t turned on. I ended up having to walk six minutes to an atm, and six minutes back, where I then handed them the cash for the water. Overall, it was just a massive inconvenience and also incredibly unprofessional. I understand the staff are just following policy, but why is this a policy to begin with? They literally have a card machine at the reception desk but just won’t let you use it unless you’re paying for your room. Absolutely ridiculous. The shower was also cold, not warm at all.

Great location with only a five minute walk to the beach. Great breakfast with a variety of options.

Small room and was very dirty when we checked in. We had to ask staff to clean it again

A pleasant stay with great service.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was okay, and the location was convenient, close to local eateries and convenience stores. Upon our request, the hotel arranged reliable transport to Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, and the airport. Great service and good value for money!

Pros:

A lot of shops and restorans around. Beach is sandy with sunbeds (40.000/1). If you like shower+5.000/1.

Cons:

Almost no bugs, asian clean, europenian not very clean :) breakfast always the same, children from day 2 asked do not go there :D there were eggs, water melion, mango, rise. All the rest children did not eat.
