Se salía el agua en la ducha y el aire acondicionado no se podía cambiar la temperatura. Pero de resto la verdad que todo genial.

para nada es lo que parece. calidad/precio CARO.

En la reserva indicaron que hay piscina y a nuestra llegada al establecimiento nos indican que el horario de piscina es únicamente de 16:00 a 21:00 hrs porque no disponen de socorriste para jornadas completas. RECALCO: es la piscina el mayor reclamo del hotel y el motivo por el cual reservamos. Ademas, a nuestra llegada nos informan que no hay parking y nos remiten al parking de otro hotel a un precio de 11 €. En la reserva se especificaba free parking incluido.
Además, la habitación era muy ruidosa, el colchón de la cama muy blando, falta de toallas y muy pocos amenices de cortesía.. y para colmo la única luz que funcionaba era la del techo... las mesitas de noche no tenían ni las bombillas puestas.. Gracias a Booking que nos ha devuelto una parte de la estancia como compensación.

Pros:

El hotel es nuevo y muy bonito, tiene una piscina pequeña que esta muy rica para apagar un poco el calor de Madrid. El staff super amable. Buen AC. Esta un poco afuera del centro pero muy cerca de la estación del metro.

Cons:

No esta muy bien insulado, del cuarto se escuchan un poco los ruidos de los otros cuartos, el pasillo, etc (no de la calle)
