Pros:

The location is in the hart of tam coc, close to everything and yet pretty quite. The pool is beautiful and the host's are very nice and helpful. they arranged everything with deasnt price and high quality

Cons:

There was some construction work nearby but i guess its temporary

Excelente ubicación y personal de 10
Pros:

La ubicación excelente y el personal una pasada.
Hemos estado en varios alojamientos en Vietnam y son en general super amables, pero Louan y su familia eran excepcionales.
Nos recibieron super bien, nos dejaron hacer el check out a las 20.00 pm y nos cuidaron de maravilla.
Algo fuera de serie.

Cons:

Si hay que destacar lo menos positivo el baño no tiene ventilación y se produce condensación, pero nada grave

Хороший, чистый номер, бассейн просто спасал в жару. Идеальное расположение, всё рядом, много кафкшек и магазинов. Но больше всего хочу отметить великолепное отношение менеджера отеля. Встретила, всё рассказала, дала карту с достопримечательностями, помогла составить план посещения. Кроме того забронировала нам круиз в бухте Халонг, трансфер до Халогга, трансфер из Халонга до Сапы. Всё время была на связи. Очень благодарны и рекомендую всем этот отель

A lovely property with a lovely pool to cool down in. This family run Homestay, help where they can, go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are the most welcoming family.

Personal amable i hotel molt be.
Pros:

Personal super amable i atent en tot moment. Esmorzar inclòs que et feien al moment amb gran varietat per escollir. La zona de la piscina molt maca i tranquila i l’habitació també molt bé. Vam llogar les bicis dos dies i només ens en van cobrar un! Ubicació estupenda, al mig de tot el merder però a un carrer de distància per tant tranquil.

Cons:

L’habitació feia un punt d’olor a humitat, cosa que s’entén degut al clima que tenen.

Great spot that’s as described. Would absolutely recommend!
Pros:

Great location near stores and restaurants. The pool is great, the food is wonderful and the family who runs this homestay are very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Muy buen sitio para alojarse
Pros:

Los dueños eran encantadores, alquilan moto a buen precio y nos ayudaron con el transporte a sapa. Desayuno variado y rico. Además la ubicación es perfecta, estás en pleno centro pero sin ruidos de la calle central.

Cons:

Por poner algo, el lavabo no tragaba bien y era un poco incómodo
