Wonderful location with lovely staff
Pros:

A wonderful stay at a beautiful place. The room was lovely with an incredible view. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast served in the room was great with plenty of choices. Reception will help with any queries, taxis, local information. Plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach. Mini bar well stocked, towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes all provided.

Cons:

Some of the steeper stairs could benefit from a hand rail.

Best stay ever. We will be back
Pros:

We LOVED every single second. The greek staff is always great but oh my god...the staff at this hotel in particular is what dreams are made of. The kindest, most welcoming and warm people we have ever met. The view was also an absolute dream, the room was beyond perfection, the location was amazing, the pool and the restaurant too...everything was 10 out of 10. We will absolutely be back as many times as we can.

Pros:

L’appartement juste magnifique dans la roche avec une grande terrasse avec piscine et transats bénéficiant d’une vue sublime sur la caldeira.
Personnel très bienveillant et à la recherche de solutions en cas de désagréments.

La vue est exceptionnelle, l'hôtel est très calme, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, avec des conseils pour organiser notre visite de l'île. Le jaccuzi face à la Caldeira est vraiment extraordinaire. Notre terrasse ombragée nous a permis d'y être même au moment les plus chauds de la journée.

Cons:

L'organisation du ménage du matin est un peu à améliorer, car l'homme de ménage entrait dans notre chambre quand il voulait alors qu'on était en train de déjeuner sur la terrasse (sans parler des sacs poubelles contenant le linge de rechange déposés devant notre terrasse). Nous aurions préféré que le ménage soit fait pendant nos absences. Nous avons aussi eu un souci concernant une réservation que nous avions faite au restaurant de l'hôtel pour dîner face au coucher de soleil : le soir de la réservation nous avons eu un accident de scooter ce qui nous a empêchés d'y aller car nous avons passé du temps chez le loueur. Ce dernier a prévenu l'accueil de l'hôtel et a demandé le report de la réservation au lendemain (ce qui a été accepté) mais l'information n'est pas passée auprès du Barman qui n'avait plus de table disponible pour nous. Donc nous avons dû attendre et nous n'avons pas pu dîner face au coucher du soleil. Nous avons été déçus.
Une petite visite de l'hôtel à notre arrivée pour nous présenter toutes les infrastructures aurait été appréciée.
L'éclairage était mal orienté sur la terrasse et très insuffisant dans la salle de bain.

Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι μαγικό .. η θέα είναι απίστευτη .. αν δεν το δεις από κοντά δεν μπορείς να το καταλάβεις …. Εμείς όταν φτάσαμε μας υποδέχτηκαν με πολύ ευγένεια και χαμόγελα .. αμέσως αισθανθήκαμε την ωραία θετική ενέργεια με την οποία μας υποδέχτηκαν. Είμαστε ευγνώμονες που μας έκαναν χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε αναβάθμιση δωματίου από Junior suite σε Honey moon με τζακούζι .. . Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά που κάνατε την διαμονή μας στο νησί υπέροχη . Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο και καλοσυντηρημένο .. τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα .. όπως και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι . Πισίνα καθαρή .. το πρωινό σερβιριζόταν στο μπαλόνι του δωματίου έχοντας αυτή την απίστευτη θέα . Πρωινό καλό . Υπηρεσίες δωματίου άριστες .. τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν μας βοήθησαν τις προτάσεις τους να εξερευνήσουμε το νησί με το καλύτερο τρόπο .. εδώ θέλω να ευχάριστιαω την Αννα που μας καπδηγησε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο … χωρίς βέβαια να θέλω να αδικήσω και τα υπόλοιπα παιδιά .. σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά . Περαμε φανταστικά σας ευχαριστούμε όλους .!!!

ΗΤΑΝ όλα τέλεια .. θεωρώ ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία στη Ημεροβίγλι .. απίστευτη θεά .. παροχές εξαιρετικές και εξαιρετικά τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν . Καλό πρωινό .!! Καθαρά δωμάτια ..!!
