We had stunning views and very friendly staff who made sure we had a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We absolutely loved the location, how attentive the staff was, and the unobstructed view of the sunset.

Cons:

There were areas at the resort under construction. There was no active construction, but you could see concrete and some unfinished areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the staff asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything. Their kindness and attention made us feel truly valued.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection felt a bit limited. When visiting another country, many guests like to experience traditional local breakfast dishes. I think adding more local and traditional options would make the breakfast much more enjoyable and complete.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

The staff at Iliovasilema are exceptional. They provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. They were friendly, accommodating and overall great hosts. The location is great. You have exceptional sunset views without the noisy city and busy tourist areas.

The location is magnificent. Even though the town is quiet, the views from the caldera are astonishing. And being at the top of the hills means you have no other hotel with their terraces above you. The rooms were clean and neat, everything working perfectly. Tha staff was absolutely friendly and helpful

At some moments at night, you can hear way too loud when other guests speak at their terraces, particularly those that have roof and eco the voices
