Aircon was on 60 dwgrees when I got to my room so it was feezing and took a while to warm up when I really wanted to go straight to sleep I couldnt because it was so cold

Definitely would stay here again.
Pros:

Very good location. Reception staff were very helpful and always cheerful. (Vanessa) Plentiful supply of coffee which was a bonus. Plenty of free parking spaces.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. The cooked breakfast wasn’t very nice but loved the waffles.

Thank you for the hospitality, but it wasn’t for us and we will not be returning.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, from the breakfast staff to the housekeepers, to the awesome late night front desk receptionist. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. At checkout another guest was asking for anything for a sunburn and the woman at the desk was so kind and compassionate, I can tell everyone here truly cares about the guest experience. Thank you!

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet engine. I assume it’s a known issue as there were earplugs on the nightstand but I couldn’t sleep comfortably with them in my ears and was woken throughout the night by the unit whirring. Despite the continuous running the room somehow never felt cool and we were sweating all night. There was also an issue with humidity, even clothes we didn’t wear had a dampness to them by our last day. There was a slight smell in our room of what I hope was not urine. We stayed on a holiday weekend so I’m sure the property was booked out but there was no room to sit at breakfast and the selection was disappointing so we skipped both days. Finally, the sign at the entrance is tucked in just enough that you cannot see it from the road, and relying on gps had us pulling into the wrong entrance multiple times! While I appreciate that the hotel was far enough away from the road that we couldn’t hear road noise, there is a dilapidated dinosaur park in front of it that seemed to always have people hanging around outside of it. The parking lot is well lit, but still gave us a feeling as if we were not in a safe part of town.
