Pros:

Eine sehr saubere, sichere Unterkunft nahe Venedig; nettes Personal; sehr gutes Frühstück; Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus im Innenhof; etwas außerhalb einer Kleinstadt, sehr ruhig gelegen. Zimmer und Hotel im historischen Stil, alles sehr ansprechend! Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Für Durchreise in Ordnung
Pros:

Einfache Unterkunft. Für eine Nacht ok. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Der Abend in der Osteria war super.

Cons:

Das Personal. Die Dame am Empfang beim Checkin war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Solch einen Befehlston haben wir in noch keinem Hotel erlebt. Hinzu kam, dass wir am Morgen unserer Abreise ein Problem mit einem Fahrzeug hatten, welches nicht ansprang. Das Personal hat dies mitbekommen, da sie im Frühstückraum saßen und uns die ganze Zeit beobachtet haben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass jemand fragt, ob wir Hilfe benötigen und uns nicht 6 Stunden auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen. Service und Hilfsbereitschaft gehen anders.

Pros:

The quality of of food was very good.
The location was good and quiet.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the check in time which was from 4pm to 8pm only.

Normally most check in are from 12pm

Pros:

Solid option for a quiet stay outside the busy tourist areas. Seemed booked and the restaurant on site is popular despite the limited menu. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit included. AC inside room and the elevator were excellent to have. Shower is fairly small but clean and functional. Bonus for the games and entertainment options (chess, books) in the hallway.

Cons:

Limited check-in hours and availability of staff on site. The stretch between parking and entrance is gravel and grass, no paved section, which can be a hindrance for rolling suitcases. It would be nice to have at least a small strip paved for easier access. The room had a stale smell to it upon entry. It was clean, but could use airing before guests come in. Very few outlets. No convenience stores close by and no fridge in room.
