朝食付きの条件で決めたのに、到着したら朝食無しと言われた｡事前にわかっていたら検討の余地があったが、どうしようもなかった。詫びの一言もなく、替わりに25,000vnd
安くしてやるから文句ないだろうという態度。
ホーチミンからダナンへの1週間の旅行で1ヶ月以上前から楽しみにしていたのに初日に不愉快な思いをさせられて大変不満足｡旅行客の気持ちを全く考慮できない最低なホテルです。ベトナムだから許されるなどというレベルではないですね。

Phòng cách âm không tốt, mọi tiếng động lầu trên hay bên ngoài đều nghe rất rõ. Tôi ở 2 ngày thì bị cúp nước cả 2 ngày mà không nhận được thông báo cúp nước, cũng không có lời xin lỗi nào từ phía chổ nghỉ cho đến khi tôi phàn nàn....
