Bad trip
Pros:

Rất mong chờ vì trước ngày check in nhân viên đã liên hệ, bạn lễ tân nữ làm việc khá chuyên nghiệp nhưng chất lượng phòng ở đây phải nói quá tệ. Tôi ở phòng 304, phòng khá đầy đủ tiện nghi nhưng đồ hơi cũ, cách âm siêu tệ. Ban đêm khi ngủ tôi đã bị đánh thức bởi những tiếng hét " Vàoooo" - Đó là những tiếng cổ vũ trận bóng đá World Cup vào lúc 2 giờ sáng. Siêu thị mini ở cạnh chỗ nghỉ đã mở màn hình led và chiếu trận đấu xuyên đêm, tôi nghi ngờ siêu thị này cũng chung chủ với khách sạn vì ở ngay dưới tầng trệt. Ngoài ra điều hoà nhiệt độ không hoạt động, Phú Yên là thành phố biển nên nhiệt độ mùa hè khá cao, điều hoà bật 24/24 kèm theo bật quạt nhưng vẫn rất nóng. Tôi đã báo lễ tân ca đêm và anh ta cho tôi chuyển qua phòng 306 để nghỉ tạm trong lúc sửa điều hoà. Nhưng thật thất vọng, phòng 306 có mùi cơ thể cụ thể là mùi mồ hôi. Căn phòng có thực sự được dọn dẹp sau mỗi đoàn khách không ? Tôi đã check out ngay sau buổi đêm kinh hoàng đó và từ chối nhận lại tiền hoàn 1 đêm vì không thể ngủ nổi.
