Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including egg options individually cooked by the chef.
Location positive. Central. Short walk to the funicular for the castle and nicely located for the plentiful supply of eateries and bars.
Nice rooftop area with Hot Tub.
Location negative - Currently the area around the hotel is being developed/extended with new bars/restaurants. The workmen start early. In addition the restaurants to the side of the Hotel were very popular and fairly noisy despite the good soundproofing in our room.
Very good quality hotel, done in style. Space feels fresh and homey, rooms are nicely furnished and I think it is a good value for money.
Not clear what to do if recomended parking place is full, we parked in a neighboring garage which still had free spaces but then hotel did not take over the ticket at the rated price. Suggestion: imprive your comunication policy regarding parking, include in your template what customers should do in case your recomended garage shows 0 parking spaces available.
A premier hotel experience perfectly located in old town. The staff was perfect. I couldn’t imagine a better experience.
Eigentlich wurden wir überredet nach Slowenien zu reisen, aber da wir neugierig sind waren wir sofort am Start!
Kurzentschlossen sind wir zum Treffen mit einer Gruppe Camper über Himmelfahrt in ein uns nur von Bildern bekanntes Land gereist.
Da wir allerdings etwas gemütlich und den schönen Dingen ergeben sind waren wir erpicht etwas Feines im Zentrum als Ausgangspunkt zu finden, um die Stadt zu erfahren.
Machen wir uns nicht vor: Auschließlich 5 Sterne beim Google lassen an ein funktionierendes Reputationsmanagment denken. Vor Ort ist man dann jedoch einfach beeindruckt: Nicht nur in bester Lage, Zimmer, die ihresgleichen suchen und Restaurants, die zum Hotel gehören machen einen Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis. Was eine runde Sache. Beeindruckend.
Das Hotel tritt nicht nur im feinen Styling auf, sondern präsentiert eine runde Sache, wie wir sie so noch nicht erlebt haben: Jederzeit war das Personal mit Leichtigkeit „auf Zack!“ und damit für das Wohlempfinden verantwortlich. Respekt!
Wir empfehlen jedem Freund des Wohligen einen Aufenthalt in dieser Oase, die einen fantastischen Eintritt in die liebenswerteste Stadt Europas ermöglicht.

Tolle zentrale Lage und aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung. Super Service mit dem Elektro Cart zur Tiefgarage.
Ein Organisatorisches Ding dass die Reception die Ausfahrtkarte für die Tiefgarage nicht selbst ausstellt sondern man in der TG zum Personal muss um die abgestempelte Karte gegen die Ausfahrt Karte zu wechseln.

Es war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zentrale Lage, moderne und schöne Ausstattung, sehr gutes Essen und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

The hotel was beyond any expectation, to the highest standard, right in the heart of Ljubljana yet extremely serene and quiet. The hospitality by the staff was exceptional, super friendly and accommodating. They greeted us with welcome drinks, the room was ready and we had the chance to check in earlier. The room was so elegant, every detail was on point. The restaurants were amazing, especially Jaz owned by Slovenia's most renowned chef Ana Ros, the food was delicious and unique. I would definitely recommend and for sure will come back again.
