Bis zu meinen Krankenhausaufenthalt am Sonntag war alles Super
Pros:

Am Anfang waren alle sehr freundlich, bis ich leider ins Spital musste und meine Begleitung im Hotel ausgeliefert war.
Was sicherlich für dieses Hotel spricht ist das Frühstück das war einfach Spitze

Cons:

Meine Begleitung und ich hatten bis Dienstag gebucht, aber wie schon erwähnt musste ich am Sonntag ins Krankenhaus, da wurde meiner Begleitung erzählt sie muss ein anderees Zimmer nehmen da anscheindend alle 700 Betten belegt seien, deshalb hat man ihr eine Suite angeboten, die sehr teuer war. Entweder sie nahm das Zimmer oder sie musste raus. Das ist ein Wahnsinn. Deshalb musste sie dann viel mehr bezahlen. Zudem möchte ich noch sagen das Abendessen war immer kalt.

Pokój Ok ale nie jesteśmy niepełnosprawni a dostaliśmy łazienkę dla niepełnosprawnych. Kabina prysznicowa była kłopotliwa w użytkowaniu

Schönes Strandhotel - Personal zuvorkommend
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber mit einem schönen Balkon. Die Lage direkt am Strand war top. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat, dass für jedes Zimmer 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm fest reserviert war (inkl. kleinem Schließfach am Strand).
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Auch das kleine Spa haben wir aufgrund der Witterung 2x besucht.

Cons:

Durch die größe des Hotels ist es im Restaurant während der Hauptzeiten etwas unruhig.

Bár nagy előnye a saját part szakasz és a fedett parkoló, több volt a negatívum mint a pozitívum.
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés csodás közel a tengerpart és saját partszakasza volt a szállodának, saját napágyakkal.
Fedett tágas parkoló

Cons:

Sajnos a fürdőszoba borzalmas volt. Bár klasszik szobát foglaltunk a képek között nem látszott hogy a zuhanykabin nem fix hanem ki kell hajtogatni.. a víz persze kifolyt alatta így az egész fürdőszoba úszott utána.
Emellett nagyon kellemetlen szag volt állandóan a fürdőszobában.. Egy négy csillagos szállodánál nem ezt várná az ember.

A recepción egyáltalán nem voltak segítőkészek.

Tolle Musikunterhaltung mit Monica & Lorenzo am Abend!
Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal im Speisesaal.
Hervorragendes Reinigungspersonal in den Zimmern!
Nach der Reklamation, weil die 4 Lunchpakete am Abreisetag nicht wie vereinbart vorbereitet waren, wurde umgehend ein Gutschein über 60€ für den nächsten Aufenthalt ausgestellt! TOP

Cons:

Kaum Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen benutzter Kleidung im Zimmer.
Der Austausch der Strandhandtücher war immer nur zu begrenzten Zeiten (9.30 - 11.00 und 16.30 - 18.00 Uhr) am Pool möglich. Beim Tausch der Strandtücher an der Rezeption hatte man das Gefühl, dass dies nicht erwünscht ist! Früher wurden die Strandtücher vom Reinigungspersonal in den Zimmern getauscht!
Teilweise wurden wir an der Poolbar ignoriert.
