للأسف كانت جودة الغرف سيئة جدا، الأسرة متهالكة والاغطية متسخة، والارضيات غير نظيفة.

يوجد تسريب ماء مستمر داخل الحمام مع العلم اننا ابلاغنا طاقم العمل لكن دون أي جدوى، لا يوجد أي حمالات ملابس و مناشف داخل وخارج الحمام، وهناك نقطة مهمة جداا ((( طعم الماء غير مستساغ ابدا ))) وكان هذا مثير للشك جدا عن مصدر الماء الذي يزود الفندق.

من لحظة الوصول طلبنا الغاء الحجز من هذا التطبيق ومن الموظفين في الفندق دون أي غرامات لكن رفض الفندق الطلب.

يبعد الفندق عن الممشى السياحي 10 دقائق مما يتطلب من المقيمين فيه المشي من خلال طرق فرعية غير معبدة وفيها رائحة كريهة.

كنا انا وصديقي نستيقظ يوميا الساعة ال 7 صباحا بسبب إزعاج باقي النزلاء بالفندق، يصرخون بالممرات وبين الغرف وطاقم الفندق لا يحرك ساكن وكان هذا الأمر الطبيعي.

للأسف كان هذا الفندق أسوأ ما في هذه الإجازة المنتظرة من فترة طويلة.

Maravillosa atención del personal
Pros:

Increíble lugar y atención sobretodo por parte del personal.Ubicacion perfecta ,al lado del centro a 5 minutos pero sin el ruido del centro de Dahab

Un bel hôtel avec du potentiel, les espaces communs sont agréables. Dommage que l'entretien général soit un peu limite notamment dans les chambres.... petit déjeuner basique. Les prestations correspondaient au petit prix payé. Hôtel parfait pour quelques nuits si vos attentes ne sont pas celles d'un 3 étoiles européen.

员工很有礼貌，年轻人工作很积极，但又不会打扰客人。宾馆新，够大，床铺舒服。位置离步行街和车站电信公司扎堆街都很近。
