Probably the most crowded all inclusive we've been to.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Extremely crowded. Pools were full of people. The kids area was particularly crowded and very small... way too many kids and adults, this area could really use an expansion. We saw signs offering day passes, perhaps that is the reason for the hotel being so crowded.
A la carte restaurants (1 Italian and 1 Asian) are impossible to go to (unless you are willing to spend 1 hour in line to make a reservation).

The hotel is modern and rooms are nice. Pools are the highlight, there's many. Food is decent.

Cons:

Every day during the week is packed with high school kids they bus in. It is loud and dirty the entire day. There's not great lounging area besides the lobby that's always full. Also despite lots of advertising in English, almost no one speaks any, including the front desk. I understand I am in a Spanish speaking country. But if you are trying to attract foreign tourism, there needs to be a front desk staff that can communicate. Beach is too dangerous to swim, which hotel keeps safe, but is too bad. Its also dirty, garbage just floats up from the ocean witch was sad. There's potential here. But if I am paying 400$ a night I expect far more

La comida bajó mucho de calidad para los bufé, para los snacks muy baja calidad, además que repetían los bocadillos y no tuvieron variación especial como hace dos años que visite Oceana

The hotel is self service, everything. Floating food in the pools, too loud, cockroach in my bed, air conditioner didn't work, terrible quality of drinks, food mediocre, my girlfriend was verbally harassed by a drunk guest twice.

Un lugar para desconectarse del mundo y diadrutar de la vida en la playa.
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda. Las instalaciones increíbles. Accesibles para todo público muy limpio.

Cons:

No logré conseguir lugar en los restaurantes especiales. Las reservas las abren a las ocho de la mañana y a las nueve de la mañana están llenas
Las personas que entramos a las tres de la tarde ( tampoco los que llegan a check in early) lograron lugar.
No es la primera vez. Deberían de mejorar ese sistema.
