La comida , muy buena , habia variedad todo muy sabroso, las habitaciones muy comodas

Cons:

La basura que arrastra el mar a los limites del hotel , deberia haber una campaña para limpiar hasta ahi , la playa del hotel esta super limpia , pero hay personas que no cuidan y dejan su basura 🙁

All the fun was ruined because the place was unsanitary.

My two kids loved the pool. Staff was polite.

Cons:

We found those worms that eat wood in the bathroom. There was a hole on the sink, and they were inside it. Not dead, moving. We found like 5-6 of them stuck on the towels. Yes. The towels we were about to dry our babies after the shower. After that, I just didn’t feel that the room was clean…
Also, one of my babies got his swim suit all dirty by being close to one of those water tap things inside the pool. You really should hire more people and get those things cleaned. I won’t visit there anymore. It’s too disgusting.

Bamboo restaurante 스시가 맛있었어요.

Cons:

숙소에 습기가 많았어요. 자고일어나니 타일 바닥에 이슬이 내린것을 보고 깜짝놀랐어요.

Pros:

Los dos restaurantes a la carta... eran muy buenos, con muchas opciones, comida gourmet, exquisita y abundante.

Cons:

Fui con mi esposa y dos hijos...Camas dobles pequeñas, con dos niños grandes, y por el precio, deberían disponer de habitaciones con una cama doble y dos individuales.
Aire acondicionado defectuoso o mal regulado.
En el restaurant buffet sólo un día hubo carne de vacuno.
Mucha conexión eléctricas rústicas a la vista cerca de las piscinas.
Fin de semana con mucho más gente, pero sin refuerzo de personal. En bares hay que esperar demasiado por las bebidas.

La atención del personal

Cons:

Al llegar la organización de recepción en muy mala, tuve que hacer una cola de 45 min y al hacer el Check In no me entregaron la habitación, ya que habia que hacer una cola de 1 hora y media.

Adicionalmente, la recepción no cuenta con Aire Acondicionado, lo cual es molesto porque el calor se acumula.

Las camas dobles son de las más pequeñas , en los bares cuando hay mucha gente no refuerzan el servicio.

Probably the most crowded all inclusive we've been to.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Extremely crowded. Pools were full of people. The kids area was particularly crowded and very small... way too many kids and adults, this area could really use an expansion. We saw signs offering day passes, perhaps that is the reason for the hotel being so crowded.
A la carte restaurants (1 Italian and 1 Asian) are impossible to go to (unless you are willing to spend 1 hour in line to make a reservation).
