Pros:

Very close to the wharf

Cons:

A bit small rooms to fit 4 persons
We had much bigger for lower price on our roadtrip
And the insane breakfast queue
Be at breakfast around start time if you a quietspot

Fell way below our expectations and experience of RIU hotels

Poor mannered unhelpful staff at front desk which was very off putting as a first impression.
Breakfast time chaotic , far too many people being seated at once so long queues and food wasn’t the best .
We’ve stayed at other Riu hotels because of the high standards however our expectations have not been met at this hotel .
Balcony glass screen was filthy so you could barely see through it so the pool view we booked wasn’t really a pool view .

Perfektes Hotel für einen San Francisco Aufenthalt, den man von dieser Lage aus auch teilweise zu Fuß machen kann.

Todo muy lindo, la ubicación perfecta

Cons:

No nos hicieron la habitación.y lo que nos molestó es que en el horario del desayuno, nos hacían problemas para sentarnos a los 5 juntos. Asimismo la piscina te la venden como climatizada y el agua está fría. No podes hacer uso de la instalación.
