The pictures and statements about the property are far from the true story....
Cons:

Nothing was working - TV, Toilet pipes, komud, water, Door lock, no drinking water...the property is old, dilapidated and require substantial overhaul, even after changing room it was pretty much the same ..the problems remained and as i had made complete payment beforehand, couldn't change it. The mandatory pre-payment should be changed.

Not a good stay at all, only good thing was the room, wifi and staff.
Pros:

The staff was good, rooms were decent, wifi was good.

Cons:

Booked 2 rooms with double beds, got 1 room with 2 single beds instead. No tea materials, kettle, even no water was provided. Bad location very congested way to the property.

Pros:

Hey, we stayed here for two days. Location is really accessible and in city. We liked it. Stay was also good. And hotel attendant is really warm and helpful

Cons:

All the rooms are on ground floor so that was something we were not expecting. Otherwise all cool. Really nice property

Do not book this property, as it will only waste your money and ruin your trip experience.
Pros:

The property was located in a very congested area with extremely narrow lanes, making access difficult. After reaching the property, we found the manager completely drunk and sleeping. Even after waiting and calling for around 15–20 minutes, he woke up but was not even in a condition to stand properly or provide us with the room.
There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Cons:

The behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The overall setup of the property was poorly managed and did not feel secure or safe for guests. Security arrangements were inadequate, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not recommended.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The rooms were very small, toiletries towels were given after we asked for the same. Cleaning of bathrooms were also not as expected.

Good staff, poor water options
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Bahdeng was always around to help. Quiet location.

Cons:

Water problems every day of.iur stay. After 2 days we were shifted to another room, and there too the shower water was just a trickle. Bahdeng, the manager there, was a big help though..

Also, there was NO room service...???

And when I extended the stay for a say they gave me a room that was priced higher.
