Obrzydliwe miejsce, smród w całym apartamencie, zagrzybiona i zapleśniała łazienka, brudna pościel (właściciel twierdzi że nie da się już tego uprać. To może to wyrzuć i wymień na nową? XD) ponadto gniazdka i włączniki świateł bez obudowy. Nie jestem w stanie pojąć jak ktoś to może wynajmować

The hotel owner initially gave me a room that didn't have everything listed on the website. After arguing and showing him a copy of the booking confirmation I received, which detailed the items the room should have, he responded illogically and rudely, saying, "You paid a small amount, what are you waiting for?" I told him that the photos and prices were on the Booking.com website, which is why I made the reservation. He then changed the room.
I stayed in a room where the bed was broken, the electrical switches were unsafe, and the TV had no channels, even though I told them several times and asked them to fix it, but unfortunately, they didn't fix anything.
The refrigerator wasn't clean and the hot water was cut off for a whole day.

Only one of the two beds had a duvet and pillow case (this wasn't rectified until the next evening). As such, I had to top-and-tail (which made upgrading to the apartment pointless). We were told not to use the tap in the "kitchen area" in the room as it was broken. Only one of the power sockets had power (not joking or exaggerating - luckily I had a dual USB adaptor so my friend and I could charge our phones otherwise we'd have been stuffed). Room smelled of musty smoke. Shower smelled bad. Was told I needed to pay extra for not checking out in time despite booking for three nights. Had to find my phone to prove that I had booked for three nights via Booking.com. "Apartment" was one room with two beds and a sofa.

Al llegar nos cambiaron de hotel por un desperfecto en la habitación, se suponía que habría cocina la que nunca funcionó, se avisó varias veces. Tampoco funcionó el refrigerador pequeño. Sin ascensor, las escaleras para subir con maletas resultaron muy incomodas.

Кровать. Это развалюха. За такое нельзя брать деньги. В душевой кабине душевую лейку приходится держать в руках (отломан держатель). Сломана розетка у кухонного стола - чайник приходилось кипятить на полу.

سكن متهالك وغير مناسب ابداً لا انصح بالسكن عندهم. المبنى بحاجه الى ترمين كل شيء مكسور الابواب النوافذ مفاتيح الاضاءه كراسي النوم. ابداً غير مناسب

Everything was very unclean, the place smelled strongly of cigarettes, I had a child with me, there were no slippers for the bathroom, the floor was very dirty, the sheets were infested with insects and unclean, the shower area was broken, the toilet had a foul odor, and the trash had been there for two days. There was no cleaning service.

Le bruit des climatiseurs extérieurs : ils se déclenchaient par intermittence, donc très bruyants en pleine nuit. L'état du mur dans les toilettes - un grand trou, qui pour l'instant n'a pas été comblé.
