I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The entrance and location were not good at all and did not feel welcoming or safe. After seeing the entrance, I decided not to check in or stay there. It did not seem worth the money. I would not recommend this place based on my first impression.

very much disappointed for making prepayment as image shown is fake.

They booked a very good vehicle with nice driver for our mumbai local tour by evening receiptionist who was very polite and helpful.

TV and A/c was ok
Washroom is ok

It was not as expected as shown in the booking .com.
The entrance is very bad with full of panparg splitting.
There is no restaurnt and when asked informed that outside food will be supplied.
The late check in and late chek out is noticed while booking, but the receptionist in the morning was very rude and not helpful and informed to checkout by 12 pm where we arrived at 5 pm in the evening.
The room was full of dust and towels and bedsheets are not hygine.
The intercom was not working.
only soap, tooth paste and shampoo is given but brush and towel not given

No me gustó nada, en las fotos de Booking se ve bien, pero en realidad estaba todo sucio : cigarros en suelo, polvo en las mesillas, sabanas y toallas sucias con manchas, la cama se hundia. El agua a veces no funcionaba bien.
