Cons:

I booked a room here, but upon arrival, we were told the hotel was fully booked and were sent to another, extremely dirty hotel that was nowhere near the same standard. No transfer or proper assistance was provided, and at 3 a.m. we had to find another hotel in Mumbai ourselves.

We requested a refund, but after more than a month, we still haven’t received it. The property also ignores our calls and emails.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. You may arrive with a confirmed booking and still end up without a room.

Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The entrance and location were not good at all and did not feel welcoming or safe. After seeing the entrance, I decided not to check in or stay there. It did not seem worth the money. I would not recommend this place based on my first impression.
