the property cancel last minit. and give me another homestay. because of qr cannot use. and the staff did not help me at all. i have to carry my baby to collect the keys.. 1hour waiting the staff asked to cancel or change property. irresponsible

This is a great place, super organized and clean and the staff are very helpful to deal with any situation that comes up or to give you a hand. The rooms are clean and functional, with a small workable kitchen area, nice bathroom, and generally great views. But the facilities, especially the two pools, are fabulous -- really nice pools and good fitness, also two largish saunas (turn them on an hour before use) and multiple racket courts and reading room and useful laundry facilities. Below the complex are convenience stores, some nice cafes and restaurants, and the location is good. I would stay here again for sure. Super value for the money.

Staff : not applicable, it's a serviced apartment with online check in/check out process.
Facilities : spacious apartment with 2 rooms. All appliances and utilities provided. Spring mattresses were ok, not the worst, not the best I've tried. Internet connection was fast. Very nice view, although facing South, so no view of the main buildings from the room (Petronas, KLCC, Merdeka).
Cleanliness : spotless, but doesn't include daily cleaning.
Comfort : apart from typical condominium noises, very very quiet.
Value : great price/quality relationship.
Location : could be better, but it's still central and it does have a lot of services, restaurants, convenience stores, etc, in the ground floor.
The lifts can take a while.
Security isn't exactly friendly at first, and patrol the rooftop and pool area furiously at closing time at night to ensure their message goes through. What's interesting is that there was a group of teenagers making a total mess in the pool, playing music and singing extremely loud, vaping inside the pool, etc, and they were able to continue doing that for hours even after security "warned" them.

Swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, security, very comfortable bed, nice television, helpful staff.
The elevator might take a little longer, but nothing too stressful.
