Pros:

Loved the gym, pool was amazing, breakfast was great. View from room amazing. All staff amazing. Staff cleaning rooms very good

Cons:

Rooms starting to look a little dated. But they are still very clean. Lift was slow.

This hotel is amazing, it surpassed all of my expectations. Breakfast is phenomenal and that was definitely the highlight of every morning. I was impressed with the housekeeping department
My room was being religiously cleaned every single day. If I ever return to Bali, I would definitely stay on this property again.

Cons:

The toilet was irritating. Whenever you would shower, the whole toilet would get filled with water. Just ask for extra bath towel and place on the floor right after the shower , that should minimize the flood. Having said that, that did not take away the incredible time and experience I had on this property.
