super hotel en super locatie
Pros:

fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedden direct aan het brede zandstrand van sanur , mooie aangelegde paden waardoor je langs het strand kan lopen richting eettentjes , local winkeltjes en het mooie winkelcentrum ICON
hotel bali beach ,zeer vriendelijk personeel , goed diner restaurants en voor treffelijk ontbijt .

Amazing place for families to relax and enjoy!
Pros:

We spent 10 days and we’ve been so pleased with everything. From the staff, amenities, location and food. The pool was our favourite spot, great place for families, we’ve travelled with our 1 year old and the hotel has so much green space it was perfect for her to just go and explore and play. Location is spot on, just across the beach and super close to restaurants and Icon Bali mall.
The staff were always super kind and welcoming. We unfortunately had to call the hotel doctor as our little one was unwell and the service was great. They were checking in on us the next day to how she was doing. Luckily it passed so we could enjoy the rest of the holiday. We loved it here and would definitely come back!

Cons:

They were having some issues with the elevators, but that’s all I can think of which is really minor.

Perfect stop, drop & flop resort. Comfy, luxury, delicious food and entertainment. Most amazing staff.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge choice,of Indonesian & Western food. The facilities are wonderful, especially the pool but the best thing about our stay were the staff, who were super friendly & efficient (especially Bagus who was on duty by the pool) & who all went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm a tea drinker.. the English Breakfast tea was very weak even if steeped for a while.

Bad Experience
Pros:

The ocean view is beautiful, and the large swimming pool makes it good to relax. The toilet had excellent flushing power, and the water quality was good.

The gym was by far the highlight of the hotel. It is spacious, well-equipped, and much better than the average hotel gym.

The restaurants were excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and welcoming.

There were many families with children during our stay, so the pool area could be quite lively with children crying and playing. However, that’s simply the nature of a family-friendly resort.

Cons:

I stayed here for two nights, and while the hotel has excellent facilities, my overall stay was disappointing because of the room and the service.

The biggest issue was the connecting room. Even though we were simply two people traveling together, we were assigned a connecting room with strangers staying next door. If the soundproofing had been good, this wouldn’t have been a problem. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was extremely poor. The rooms are separated only by two connecting doors, and I could hear almost everything from the neighboring room. I’m quite sure they could hear us as well.

On the first night, I could clearly hear the guests next door packing their luggage, even the sound of them closing their suitcase zippers. Later, I noticed housekeeping preparing the room again, and after that I didn’t hear any more noise for the rest of the night. I assume they may have been moved to another room, although that’s only my guess.

The second night was much worse. New guests were assigned to the room next door. I don’t mind normal sounds from neighboring rooms, but at around 5:00 AM I was woken up by their alarm clock. The alarm kept ringing on and off until almost 8:00 AM. It was loud enough that I genuinely started wondering whether the guest was okay. Around 8:30 AM, I finally heard music playing and a hairdryer, which was honestly a relief because at least I knew they were awake. It may sound like a funny story, but it really shows how poor the soundproofing is. If you value your privacy or don’t want your neighbors hearing your conversations or anything else happening inside your room, I would not recommend staying in one of the connecting rooms.

The check-in experience was also disappointing. The receptionist checked us in while talking on the phone the entire time. We were only told our room number, the breakfast hours, the swimming pool hours, and which direction to walk to reach our room. There was no introduction to the hotel facilities at all.

Stunning lux hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

An incredibly dramatic massive entry/reception absolutely gorgeous and from there it only gets better, the huge but beautiful pool with a divine cocktail/snack bar, spacious grounds, restaurants were delicious there was a well appointed gym ( we didn't use but had a look in, very good) we had a delux room which was hige and so lux, but in my opinion the greatest asset to this amazing place is its smiling freindly helpfull staff, best ever! The breakfast is the bigest spread i have seen with quality food choices, if its not included in your package, pay for it, you will not be disappointed

Pros:

We encountered excellent staff around the hotel. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet and the room we had, had a great view.

Cons:

We are not fans of big hotels and on a Sunday was heaving with people especially around the pool. Mostly lots of families and their kids. Monday was much more quiet.

They didn't utilise the beach well. While the sand was raked and the water clear, they only had basic loungers on the Monday with no staff around. On the Sunday they also had bean bags and the beach restaurant was open.

Good and comfy stay
Pros:

Almost no vegan food for lunch or dinner.
Lefts very slow and one out of order everyday for maintenance
