Pros:

Location, room, food, ambiance, staff, almost everything.

Cons:

The lobby looks downgraded since the opening of the hotel. It doesn't represent the 5 stars image now.

We really enjoyed our stay, would definately return

No peace or quiet time had at this hotel

Cons:

Lifts so slow. Dirty old linen for sheets and towels. Sheets didnt even fit the bed and was lying in mattress mostly. Bathroom grimy and a bit mouldy in shower walls and bathroom blind. Pool staff ripped us off money change 2 times. (Lucky I counted it before leaving) very slow service at pool. Breakfast was quite below average and most hot items were cold .
Noise was unbelievable. Hotel should notify incomming patrons that they are going to have back to back weddings in the main grass areas with loud noise going all day and night. I'm not a prude but came on holidays for some quiet time not some "door doof" music the whole time day and night.

Great to start the bali experience !
Pros:

The pool was amazing. Next to the airport which is good after 20+ hours of flight.

Cons:

Price of the restaurants was x2 or x3 the price of a good restaurant, still great food.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, lots of activities , great sea views and the most comfortable bed!
Pros:

I loved the ocean frontage and balcony view. The bed was super comfortable. Best hotel bed during our month stay in Indonesia . Excellent breakfast selection. Easy check-in and gorgeous hotel grounds. The dawn yoga classes were fantastic as were the water aerobics. Excellent gym too. Fabulous attentive and helpful staff. Lots of fresh drinking water provided daily. Very very appreciative of this attention to detail.
Easy walk to restaurants if not wanting to eat in. Our meal at the beach front hotel restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

I would love to have a choice of pools . The pool was absolutely fabulous and very large but would be great to have a smaller adults only pool on offer as it is a large hotel and some guests were booking the pool lounges

• Ideale Lage & Ausblick: Das Hotel hat eine absolute Top-Lage in Sanur und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick direkt aufs Meer.
• Tolle Pool-Anlage: Der Pool grenzt direkt an die Strandpromenade, was eine herrliche Atmosphäre schafft.
• Perfekte Umgebung: Entlang der Promenade gibt es charmante, kleine einheimische Straßen und Verkaufsstände. Zudem liegt die neue Icon Bali Mall in bequemer, fußläufiger Entfernung – man hat also alles direkt vor der Tür.
• Luxus-Standard: Es handelt sich um ein echtes 5-Sterne-Luxushotel, was sich in der Ausstattung und der gesamten Anlage widerspiegelt.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeit beim Check-in: Unser einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft den Service bei der Ankunft. Das Hotel gibt die offizielle Check-in-Zeit mit 15:00 Uhr an. Wir kamen nach einer langen, anstrengenden Anreise um 14:45 Uhr an, mussten dann aber bis 16:00 Uhr warten, bis unser Zimmer endlich fertiggestellt war. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse – und vor allem, da das Haus zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht einmal ausgebucht war – sollte so etwas besser koordiniert sein.
