期待通りのビジネスホテル。
Pros:

設備が新しく、心地よかった。

Cons:

朝食の卵料理を作る人が不在で頼めなかった。
モールと共通の駐車場が大きすぎて、ホテルの入り口が若干わかりにくかった。

Ya estuve dos noches en el hotel con desayuno incluido, y al extender mi estancia dos días más se lo confirmé varias veces que seguía teniendo el desayuno incluido.

Sin embargo, después de desayunar me dijeron que tenía que pagarlo aparte.

El personal es muy irresponsable y nada profesional.
No pienso volver a alojarme en este hotel nunca más.

Lo único que no me gustó fue El estacionamiento que se tiene que pagar aparte, cada que entras y sales tienes que pagar estacionamiento a la plaza ya que el hotel está dentro de una plaza y eso no te lo mencionan al reservar, te cobran por hora o por entrada pero no tienes que salir del hotel por una tarifa base

Para lo que tenia que hacer me quedó muy bien la ubicación, la habitación muy acogedora con vista a las avenidas y no a otro edificio. Todo excelente

Pros:

Es un buen hotel que cumple con los requisitos de calidad. Tan solo reprocharia su acceso; complicado dentro de un centro comercial (para mi gusto). Lo que si, una cola de 50 minutos para hacer el check in. Esto es muy desagradable despues d eun largo viaje y sobretodo es inexplicable por el precio que cobran.

Bien pero con detalles
Pros:

El hotel está en una plaza comercial, en el segundo piso. En ese mismo edificio hay una cafetería y un par de restaurantes. El desayuno está excelente, con gran variedad y frescura. La habitación es limpia y amplia. La cama es cómoda. El wifi me funcionó muy bien toda la estancia. El hotel cuenta con restaurante.

Cons:

Tres puntos hicieron que mi estancia no fuera ideal:
1) No había luz adecuada en el área del escritorio. Hay una mini-lamparita, insuficiente.
2) El baño tiene una puerta endeble de vidrio. Los baños deberían ofrecer privacidad.
3) Ha sido toda una odisea obtener las facturas correspondientes al hospedaje y el consumo en restaurante. Todavía no tengo la totalidad de mis facturas expedidas correctamente. Estos procesos son básicos y uno esperaría que un hotel de prestigio como el NH pudiera resolverlos oportunamente. Esta experiencia me deja con un mal sabor de boca.

Pros:

Se ve nuevo y limpio . Personal amable , lo suficiente . Cama comoda . Piso silencioso . Bien en general .

Cons:

Esta un poco raro el ingreso . No hay suficiente señaletica que te indique que hay que entrar a una plaza , buscar un elevador que te lleva a otro piso . Sales del elavador y no se ve nada de señalamientos . No esta muy dificil , pero si raro
El estacionamiento se paga a parte , eso si que no me parece adecuado .
