Elderly Parents and Dog
Pros:

I came with my 62 year old father who is disabled because he is legally blind while my 58 year old mother has severe arthritis and our very large golden retriever and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The best part is you are practically infront of Negombo Beach by a very short walk and you can even see it from the patio, The main street where there is food with all sorts of cuisines; even bars, souvenir shops, gem stones to swim suits.
The owner Milan is super nice and he dropped and picked us up from the Boat Trip to the Lagoon which is something that you shouldn't miss out and I had never seen anything like it and you can book that along with rental tuktuks or scooters all within the hotel.

Cons:

There was a thunder storm while I was asleep so I didn't notice anything but my parents woke up cos my dog was very scared and the electricity went off for an hour but I personally didn't notice it considering it happend at 2AM so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great location and People attractions but need to maintain properly.
Pros:

The location is awesome
Morning sunrise. And sea beach view it’s great. And the first room isn’t good once we got the 2nd room it’s really in good condition and great. The owner is kind and supportive.

Cons:

The first room in down stairs the AC isn’t working and the room don’t have enough light, hence they have provided the upper floor room the room is Great. But there is no amenities as per mentioned.

A decent affordable place for a stort stay :)
Pros:

The staff were nice and polite. Beach is just 50 steps away from the place.

Cons:

The place isn't that clean and the rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures.

Extrem dreckig
Cons:

It was extremely dirty. The toilet had already been used, with pubic hair and cockroaches.
There was also trash in the room from previous guests.

Pros:

For 10 eurs you get an AC, bed and a shower- value for money - OK i guess

Cons:

Staff didn't speak a word of English so communication was kinda tough, wifi is hooooorrible

Gear budget stay
Pros:

Excellent location! A stones throw away from the beach and super close to town. Very friendly staff they let us check out late as we had an evening fight.

Mooie locatie en behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Heel fijn aan het strand en mooie grote kamers en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijke matrassen en goede airco.
