The hotel was modern and well set out
Nothing to complain about
Reception staff were really friendly and helpful
I wasn’t able to pre-book an early check-in. A “changing room” facility would’ve been perfect in replace of this, but had to use the disabled toilet. Fine for changing an outfit, but the lighting was not good for hair and make up! 😂
Convenient location for purpose of trip. Clean amenities good and easy access. Secure parking.

The breakfast was very good, very good selection of food laid out and nicely cooked. I would give them a gold star for that.
I find it hard to find faults I would say that the teas and coffee didn't have a lot of taste and may be worth having a couple more little tubs of milk.
I was requested to pay an additional cost to park my car, I did say to member of staff who was on the reception desk that on booking the room the site started that taxs and charges were included in the price and when we stayed there last year were not charged for parking. The member of staff withdrew the request. Otherwise our stay was brilliant 👏.

The only thing was the hot food option containers, the lids didn’t stay open so it was awkward as your plate had to be put on the side and you had to hold open the lid with one hand and take the food out with the other which when trying to do beans was a bit messy
Staff were so beyond helpful and kind, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, close enough to the shops and food places
My only one single fault was the shower. Pressure was low on it and the controls broke off, easy fixed myself but that’s literally the only issue. Not issue enough to alert anyone though

Absolutely loved staying there - budget option but have a bit of a feel of 4 star hotel: spacios enough, clean, moderd, descent choice of breakfast. We stayed on our way to Alton towers, probably do the same next year. Really liked that the coffee from lobby could be taken any time (though tea/coffee facislities were in the room as well). Pub next door.
Perhaps some breakfast items could be improved - cucembers/salad added, eggs better looking etc.
The room was immaculately clean, and the hotel itself was very modern. The breakfast was really nice with good healthy options.
For my family everything was perfect.
