Really lovely hotel with some short comings
Pros:

The hotel was well situated, maintained and clean

Cons:

The disabled parking was limited and although the car park was shared with the Holiday Inn there were no disabled parking outside the Ibis hotel. Very poor considering parking cost £5 per night.

Pros:

Exceptionally clean room
Check in was quick and easy

Cons:

Personally would have preferred firmer pillows. There were 4 in the room and all very soft. Maybe a couple of each would please everyone but really a minor point !!!

Amazing stay will come back
Pros:

On arrival staff was friendly and helpful ,on seeing my room it was fresh updated clean amazing shower and hair dryer .food was good and plenty if tea coffee and hot chocolate machines 24 hours .mini gym .free parking and comfy bed x
