Pros:

Están muy bien las instalaciones y todo el servicio, el ambiente se siente tranquilo y agradable

Cons:

Sólo como sugerencia si se alquila la habitación para más de dos pues colocar toallas de baño para todas las personas.
Rollos de papel higiénico suficiente.
Que la alberca pudiera tener el agua un poco más calientita por las mañanas y se pueda utilizar en un horario más temprano

Un hotel muy cómodo, limpio, con buen servicio
Cons:

El horario limitado de desayuno. Pregunté y me dijeron que se acabó a las 10am pero bajé a las 10:30 y aun había gente desayunando. Es necesario que las habitaciones tengan una salida de aire al exterior, ya que el aire acondicionado enfria bien pero no deja salir vapores de la regadera y el aire caliente cuando se saca la tarjeta. En la mañana se oía un sonido que retumbaba y me despertó

Es bueno aunque puede ser excepcional.

La ubicación y que la alberca esté techada, es fabuloso

Cons:

El aire acondicionado se apaga a cada rato. Falta ventilación en los pasillos y habitaciones, todo el ambiente se siente demasiado húmedo, deberían ventilar mejor. El desayuno estaba insípido

Excelente la gente desde recepción solo las personas de limpieza me quedé cuatro días tres noches y tenía que ir a solicitar el champú café a recepción debido a que las señoritas de limpieza no lo ponían Pero de todo lo demás excelente el hotel su comida y la atención desde que uno ingresa al hotel

Cuentan con puntos de carga para vehículos eléctricos

Cons:

sin embargo el cobro que me hicieron por la carga de mi coche no fue en base a los kw usados. Sino un monto fijo que fue excesivo. Fuera todo tarifa. El cobro debe ser por el consumo realizado.

La instalación esta bien pero no se de donde hay un ruido de golpe que se sombra laa habitaciones muy noche 11 de la noche y empieza a las 5 am no deja descansar a uno y dicen que no corresponde a el Hotel eso es muy malo para no regresar a ahí
