Pros:

Staff were efficient and welcoming, rooms well equipped.

Cons:

Maybe bathroom tiles need to be cleaned properly at the grouting.

Characterful historic hotel
Pros:

Characterful building, set in beautiful countryside, lovely walk from hotel to Hardraw Force waterfall. Enjoyed evening meal and breakfast.

Gute Zeit in Hardraw
Pros:

Saubere FeWo mit 2 Schlafzimmern, gemütliche und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer. Ordentliche Küchenausstattung mit viel Technik. Green Dragon Inn mit Flair und freundlichem Personal. Nachts sehr ruhig. Für Spaziergänge kann man direkt loslaufen, nach Hawes kommt man gut zu Fuß.

Cons:

Kleine Abstriche: Parkplatz häufig voll, dann Gepäck aus-/einladen mit langen Wegen, ggf. von der Straße aus. Etwas harte Betten. Keine Garderobe für (nasse) Jacken. Kein Außensitz.

Pros:

Good range of beers.

Cons:

Very small bedroom, mattresses uncomfortable for us. Bedroom and ensuited clean enough. 300 year old pub area and corridors etc could be bit cleaner.

Very convenient location. Fab accommodation, love the suite we stayed in, extremely comfortable bed. Like the quirkiness of the property with all the old in keeping items on display. Will definitely recommend!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the property.

Just so popular you might not be able to park in the car park.

Fab lovely friendly overnight stay.
Pros:

What a beautiful pub in a beautiful village. Spent one night here before starting our walk to Tan Hill. Our room was lovely very comfortable, bathroom equally good. Wee welcome pack for the fur baby, dog friendly in bar and restaurant, dinner excellent….massive Yorkshire puds on our Sunday roast. Breakfast choices great and generous.
