Had a great stay with my spouse and we are satisfied!
Pros:

Room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located near to shopping mall and eateries.

Cons:

Not a wide spread of choices in the restaurant but still good enough for a morning buffet. Other then that, all is good!

NOISY DUE TO CHINGAY PARADE AND POOR COMMUNICATION FROM RESERVATION TEAM.

concierge or front desk team did great when explaining on the road closure and other information.

Cons:

We were not informed by the reservation team that the Chingay Parade would be taking place during our stay. If this had been communicated earlier, especially since the booking was made months in advance, we could have considered shifting our stay to different dates.

I believe your team could have handled this better instead of allowing guests to face difficulties entering and leaving the area throughout the event period. From check-in until the following day, we were unable to properly enjoy our stay due to the inconvenience caused.

Please educate and encourage your reservation team to be more proactive and considerate when handling guest bookings, especially for major events that significantly affect accessibility and the guest experience.

But never the less your concierge or front desk team did great. On giving the information not leave if not there's no way to come back to the hotel due to road closures..
