Very very fast response from service staff (to fix lights problem).
Pros:

3 bedrooms with a hall and kitchen is very good for family stay. Size of place reasonable, not too small

Friendly staff.. always with smiles

Cons:

Reported to cleaning staff about ANTS at kitchen counter, toilet bowl, sink towel areas
Thru out stays.

Check-in with 2 pieces of tissue in box and half used toilet roll.. please provide extras especially when room for more than one pax

Slight upgrading done during stays as sound of furnitures dragged heard while sleeping

Amazing stay.
Pros:

The location is really close to Komtar and city square, easy access to walk over. Room was expectionally a good size with a little kitchenette.

Staff was really responsive when we requested for assistance when the room card suddenly disabled.

Cons:

Probably the self laundry needs some improvement on it. But other then that all is good.
