The rumours are true. It’s home, if home is a place where every little detail is designed to make you feel special, care
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay. From the very beginning, Leoni was incredibly communicative, thoughtful and welcoming. Before I arrived, she sent pinned locations, clear instructions, and photos of both the guesthouse and my room, which made everything very easy.

The room itself was spacious, peaceful and extremely comfortable, with a lovely double bed, electric blanket, heater, private shower and toilet, plenty of wardrobe space, toiletries, a microwave, and a large universal adaptor that worked perfectly with my European devices. One of the sweetest touches is that each guest’s name is written on their door; it immediately makes the place feel personal and welcoming.

The whole property is quiet and tranquil, with beautiful grounds and so many thoughtful details. Leoni is also a very talented artist, and much of the artwork around the guesthouse is her own. That gave the place even more warmth and personality.

My room was also beautifully looked after every day, somehow without my ever feeling interrupted. It did not matter what time I left or whether I had been around for part of the day; I would simply return and find everything tidied and cared for. I genuinely never knew when they managed to do it.

Leoni welcomed me so warmly when I arrived, and it was lovely to spend a little time chatting with her. Unfortunately, she became unwell during my stay, but even then she remained incredibly responsive and helpful. When I asked about ordering from the café next door, she was happy to advise me. When I realised I had accidentally left my washing outside, she kindly collected it and put it in my room for me without any fuss.

I also want to give a special mention to the lovely lady who was helping Leoni during my stay. She was incredibly warm and kind to me, while also being very respectful of my privacy. When I needed to use the laundry room, she patiently showed me how everything worked and made me feel completely at ease.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. I had a wonderful stay and cannot think of anything I would have wanted done differently. God bless you Leoni!

Pros:

Everything about the room just makes you feel like you're home. The room has everything you'll ever need. The hosts were always available and they are communicative, very friendly people.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book again.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Tuiskom Potchefstroom. The place was neat, clean, and very well located, making it easy to get around. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The parking space was a bit tight, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise comfortable and pleasant stay.
