Request to refund my money
Cons:

Though I payed full amount in advance I was not given direct contact number of hotel. While contacting oyo help line they gave confusing reply and one agent told my reservation cancelled due to technical error. One told that I checked in at 1.20pm. It was nearing midnight and I couldnt take chance I didnot go there. To my queries hotel give AI generated same replys. They didnot confirm room nor refunded my hard earned money. You enquire and see whether they allotted room to some one at 1.20 pm and denied me the booking .why they did not just contacted me and enquired whether I am coming. The oyo contact number given by you as contact number of property is a hopeless one which never gave me the hotel number. There was much demand for hotel on that day . I stayed at another hotel. If you are a respected booking channel refund my money Rs1501

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL .THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. FURNISHED AND VERY COMFORTABLE THE BED WAS COZY OVERALL THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL STAYS I'VE HAD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR COMFORT QUALITY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.
