L'hotel si trova sulle rive del Lago di Bolsena ed ha il suo fascino, ci è piaciuto che le addette alla reception a seguito di un disguido tra la prima e la seconda notte, ci abbiano proposto e dato una camera con balcone vista lago..., però va anche detto che in fase di prenotazione le uniche camere viste in foto con booking erano le più belle vista lago (che ci saremmo aspettati di avere fin dall'inizio), invece la prima notte ci hanno dato una camera in una palazzina distante dai servizi principali di accesso (reception, sala colazione, bar)

Good stay in Bolsena.
Pros:

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location next to the lake was great for walks. It was about 15 minutes from the old town.

La posizione dell' hotel.

Cons:

In 3 giorni, mai cambiato i teli del bagno, non va' bene.
La porta finestra rotta. E la seggetta wc che si muoveva.

Posizione stupenda proprio di fronte al lago, struttura molto grande (la parte della reception affacciata sul lago appena ristrutturata). Giardino molto grande con piscina, ben tenuta. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura era divisa in condomini e a noi è toccato uno di quelli più vecchiotti. Stanza minuscola, arredo brutto e vecchio, bagno piccolo con porta a soffietto senza finestre e pulito male (c'erano capelli nella doccia). Sono rimasta delusa dalla stanza perché nelle foto della struttura non risultano camere del genere ma ci sono solo immagini di camere nuove. Inoltre la colazione abbastanza scarsa come varietà di cibo.

Trés bien à refaire et, dommage que nous ne soyons pas plus proche....
Pros:

Bel hôtel, cadre exeptionnel sur un lac, calme dans l'hôtel et dans cette cité. Vraiment pour nous qui avons fait un voyage en voiture ce séjour a été reposant. Le personnel prés à répondre à nos sollicitations.

מלון נחמד, מאוד נקי והכל בסיסי.

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר, חבל שלא היו יותר אפשרויות. המיקום היה מעולה, אבל היה צריך להסביר שיש חניה ומאיזה רחוב להיכנס, כי ה ג'י פי אס מדריך מאיפה שאי אפשר להיכנס

המזרן היה ממש זול וקשה כמו אבן, מאוד לא נוח. לא היה בחדר עוד שמיכה. רק סתיו על המיטה והיה קר בלילה, הסטייל של החדרים קצת מיושן ונראה כמו בשנות התשעים.
