...Das Penthouse ist leider nur über eine Treppe in den 4. Stock erreichbar, ansonsten tolles Apartement.

Klasse!
Pros:

Am Anfang ein bisschen schwierig, weil man an das Hotel und dessen Rezeption verwiesen wird um überhaupt reinzukommen. Wenn man das Hotel anfährt alles klasse. Super freundlich, ich konnte mein Auto dort kostenfrei parken, auch noch lange nach dem auschecken, weil ich noch radeln wollte. Die Appartements sind von soooo guten Leuten in jeder Hinsicht völlig gut durchdacht und errichtet. Klasse. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Chapeau

Pros:

Das Bett war bequem

Cons:

Total heiß im Sommer, keine Klimaanlage, winziges Zimmer, keine schöne Gegend, völlig überteuert für solch ein Zimmer.
Wenigstens die Gardinen hatten bei über 35°C zugezogen werden können bevor wir kamen. Es war unerträglich heiß. Nachts musste man die Fenster offen lassen, es war sehr laut, da das Zimmer direkt an der Straße liegt und die Koblenzer Proleten dort ihre Runden drehen.

Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Gasthaus ist etwa vier Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, wo das sehr gute Frühstücksbüffet und die Rezeption sind. Man gelangt in etwa drei bis vier Minuten dorthin; ein kurzer Spaziergang am Rhein entlang. Das Familienzimmer ist einwandfrei für Eltern und zwei Kinder.
Zum Glück war eine mobile Klimaanlage vorhanden, die am bislang heißesten Wochenende des Jahres das Zimmer gut temperiert hat.
Alles war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Ich kann das uneingeschränkt empfehlen; eigentlich eine 10; aber siehe "nicht gefallen".

Cons:

1. Auf der Frühstücksterrasse saßen aktive Raucher am Nebentisch. Ich wusste gar nicht, dass das rechtlich überhaupt möglich ist. Das ist natürlich der Genusskiller Nr. 1
2. Man wird öfters mal geduzt "hier ist euer Schlüssel"; auf den erklärenden Schilder steht "drücke hier und du erhältst deinen Kaffee", usw. Das ist etwas, was ich in einer Jugendherberge oder bei IKEA erwarte, aber nicht in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie.
3. Das Schwimmbad ist sicherlich demnächst für ein Makeover vorgesehen.

Me gustó que era muy cómodo y práctico, y que estaba cerca de donde yo necesitaba ir. A diferencia de otras personas, considero que las ventanas eran buenas aislantes del ruido.

Cons:

Hizo muchísimo calor y no había ventilador ni aire acondicionado. También hubiera sido genial si tuvieran mosquiteras en las ventanas, porque había algunos insectos y arañas.

Qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung, freundliches und kompetentes Personal

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. An heissen Sommertagen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Für die zweite Nacht habe ich mir ein Upgrade zu einem fairen in einem klimatisierten Zimmer in Diehls Hotel gegönnt.

Not bad for a couple of days' stay
Pros:

The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and there's a bus stop nearby.

Cons:

It’s located in a remote area, with only a Lidl and a single café nearby. There’s a bus stop, but the fare is higher since it’s outside the city; it’s inconvenient without a car. Tall people should watch their heads around the ceiling and beams, as they might bump their heads while walking (fourth floor with sloped ceilings).
