The accommodation was really good. Great value for money too.
Pros:

The room is very clean, tidy and no any bugs. We extended 3 more nights after check in. They are very helpful and kind. The staff is 5-star. It's not noisy, all the construction nearby has been finished. They treat us as a member in their team.
The breakfast was really nice, we are interested in Pho.

Came for short visit, stayed for 2 months
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for over 50 days, very nice staff. Everyone greets you and opens the doors for you. The hotel itself has good taste, it feels homely and high class. The breakfast has a good mix between local dishes and western staples. Overall great experience. I can recommend it

the style is unique. great choice in Da Nang.
Pros:

We booked one night first and when we arrived. We decided to extend one more. They are pretty.
Great choice for hotel in Da Nang near the beach but away from the noisy street. Staff are kind and nice, especially the restaurant members. Breakfast was good.

Great locatio for restaurants and beach, price was great as well.

Location was great and very spacious room

Cons:

Unfortunately the facility is broken into 2. And there was a ton of construction happening directly in front of the property.
Also, the staff were great up until we checked out. We had left a bag of items behind in a drawer and requested the staff to retrieve them via message. They insisted the items weren’t there. I had to physically return to the location and sternly request they check in the exact location I left them. (My items weren’t there and eventually returned to me)

Pros:

Thank you so much for the anniversary setup. We loved everybody here. The staff are very very kind, hospitable and take care us a lot before check in and after check out. They help keep our bags.
The room is spacious, featuring a beautifully minimalist and spacious design, while remaining exceptionally functional.
The breakfast was amazing.

I highly recommend the hem hotel. Self-laundry service is convenient.
Pros:

The best hotel i've stayed in on my trip ! I wish i stayed longer than one night. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and i slept well. The staff went our of their way to make me feel welcome. Great location, in the alley so they are very tranquil and relaxing.

Pros:

With kind and service minded staffs we have a wonderful stay here in Da Nang. I extended 3 nights more. Really close to the beach and restaurants, many markets, cafeteria nearby. The breakfast was exceptional included in my booking.
The room is really comfortable, fully equipped, Good AC. Self-laundry service is provided.

Amazing spot with room for improvement
Pros:

Beautiful building in a quite street but right next to everything, relaxing vibe, and spacious room with all you need for your stay. Perfect workation spot with an apartment-like room. Service and cleaning staff are great despite the language barrier, the place attracts just the right crowd as well.

Cons:

The rooftop with the pool is a non-event, breakfast is poor, no detergent is provided for the otherwise free laundry, balconies are pretty much just for decoration, and some of the receptionists were not the most helpful. Price is on the higher end given the quality of the hospitality and "extra" amenities provided.

Pros:

Cozy place at a small alley - away from main street. They are quiet and chill. Room is 10/10 - clean, tidy and the bed is comfortable for my sleep. They are fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and the water pressure is high. They have a self-laundry service. Washing machine and dryer are provided in each floor in 1st building.
The breakfast is 1st floor, it's well-prepared.

Pros:

Really clean and nice location.

Cons:

we asked for to do some excursion around the city. the girl at the reception wasnt really helpful . She said to us it was better if we were looking for something outside the hotel. We thanked her and asked where we should go and she said she didn’t know.

Worth booking but not luxury
Pros:

We had nice space in our room and a pool. The bed was big and had snacks that’s you could buy. The staff cleaned the room daily and mopped/ swept the floor and were always happy to help. The location was good as just a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The hotel is in some sort of ally and some drivers wanted you to walk to the main road and it was a little tight for them to pick up from the front door. The robs in the room were not fresh and the hotel had a few maintenance issues. The top floor where there should be a pool and gym was a building site you had to walk through and the pool area was really small for the amount of beds. The gym is also really small. They do not have regular assess to an iron and ironing board as it seems the have one iron for the whole hotel.
