Good service and delicious breakfast.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
“Soundproof walls” zoals vermeld op Booking.com is ronduit misleidend voor deze kamer. De kamer was extreem gehorig. Ik hoorde constant straatgeluid, maar ook alles vanuit de gang. Mijn kamer zat direct bij de lift, waardoor ik voortdurend de liftbel en mensen die in- en uitstapten hoorde, ook midden in de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend.
Er zaten letterlijk zichtbare kieren/openingen onder de voordeur en rond het badkamerraam, waardoor geluid vrij spel had. Het hotel probeerde dit nog te “repareren”, maar dat veranderde vrijwel niets. Dit lijkt gewoon een structureel probleem van het ontwerp van de kamer(s).
Door meerdere nachten slechte slaap had dit serieus impact op mijn energie en verblijf in Da Nang. Ik heb uiteindelijk met oordoppen moeten slapen om nog een beetje rust te krijgen.
Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, zat er ook nog een grote kakkerlak op mijn lichaam kort nadat ik uit de douche kwam. Zal wel door die kieren naar binnen zijn gekomen…
Daarnaast vond ik het teleurstellend dat het management hier nauwelijks verantwoordelijkheid in nam. Ondanks dat ik meerdere keren duidelijk heb aangegeven hoeveel overlast ik ervaarde, werd er geen serieuze oplossing aangeboden en leek men het probleem vooral te bagatelliseren. Voor een hotel dat zulke claims maakt over geluidsisolatie had ik echt een professionelere en meer betrokken reactie verwacht, zeker gezien de prijs.
De dame van de receptie deed overigens wel haar best om te helpen, maar ik ga ervan uit dat zij hierin vooral orders van boven moest volgen. Het personeel bleef vriendelijk, maar uiteindelijk verandert dat niets aan het feit dat de kamer totaal niet overeenkwam met de verwachting die door de omschrijving “soundproof walls” werd gewekt.
미케비치와 공항이 가까워 접근성이 뛰어나고, 조식의 메뉴가 뷔페식으로 깔끔하고 맛과 품질이 좋았음.
건물은 최근에 지어진 시설로 느껴져 깔끔했음.
방 컨디션은 주방시설이 갖추어져 있어 마트에서 사다가 해 먹는게 가능하여 이 시설 이용객들에게는 만족스러울 수 있음.
단, 인덕션이 켜지지 않았고 주방기구가 모두 다 갖춰지지 않고 다소 형식적으로 갖춰져 있다는 것은 단점임.
체크인 시간보다 쪼금 일찍 도착했었는데 빠른 체크인이 안됐으며 데스크 직원이 친절하지는 않았음. 지극히 사무적이었다고 할까?
나이든 동양인에 대한 편견이 살짝 느껴졌던 건 나만의 착각이었길 바람.
또한 룸의 청소 상태는 대체로 양호했으나 침대 옆 옷장 앞 바닥에 먼지 덩어리가 굴러다니는 걸 보았는데 보이지 않는 먼지가 많지 않을까 하는 염려가 되어 아쉬웠음

The staff was incredibly caring and welcoming. Both the room and the hotel in general were spotless. I loved the overall vibe, especially the beautiful wooden furniture throughout. The pool area was a great place to relax, and while the gym is small, it’s equipped with high-quality gear. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants. Plus, even though it’s near a main avenue, the room was remarkably quiet.
I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The location is convenient, near many restaurants and markets. We just walk around 3 minutes to go to beach.
They are quiet and in the alley, away from busy street.
Comfort of the bed
Layout of the lounge wasn’t comfortable, bath never was able to use as the water temperature wasn’t hot enough.
Staff seemed off and was trying to rip me off for extra money for a face wash cloth they couldn’t find that they had to be told several times its location very petty.
The location is an alley, quiet and relaxing. The room has full amenities i need ( kitchen, smart TV ). They provide washing machine and dryer in each floor.
