A stylish hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Super clean,tidy. The hotel is new and modern with amazing style.
Our room is spacious with kitchen.
They have a free laundry - cafe and breakfast. Staff was beyond our expectations. They are very kind ( from front desk till to housekeeping ).

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful minimalist design, clean and spacious room with kitchen, well-working AC, smart TV ( youtube ) and modern fridge.
The rooftop pool with great views, free breakfast and free laundry.
The staff are kind and also warm. The whole team make our trip so amazing.

Excellent and highly recommend
Pros:

Location and the room were amazing. The location is not in the busy street so it's very quiet and relaxing to get away from the noise.
Our room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I enjoy my sleep.

Pros:

Great stay. Well managed hotel with helpful and cheerful staff. They are very attentive to take care of us. They have washing machine and dryer in their hotel. Free for use.

we are impressed by their rooftop pool, lush garden. mini golf and fitness facilities.
Pros:

The rooftop has stunning panoramic views and is a perfect spot to unwind.
The room is also spacious, clean and tidy. They are fully equipped ( kitchen, fridge and well-working AC ).

Staff were very efficient. The room was amazing. Thank you so much and we will return soon.
Pros:

This is my third time returning to The HEM and it's also excellent. Many Russians stay here.
They are very kind and friendly to try to help us understand what they mean ( even though my english is not good ).
Thè HEM 2 is good with new room - premier studio room is good , fully equipped.
The manager is kind to help us extend with good rate.

Great location, amazing staff, clean rooms, good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were really attentive. There was a good breakfast and the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.

Cons:

The pool area was a little small. It was lovely but for the amount of guests not all could access it. There is also loud music playing in the corridors, in the morning this can be quite loud.
